- Intercropping is the practice of growing two or more crops in proximity.
See how we manage to establish my intercropping trials for this year!

We grew beans and oats last year, would recomend a herbicide tho, or at least the trial. Have some osr and beans seeded(beanola) where i used a pre-emergence herbicide. And have some oats and vetch drilled for cover crop seed. Good luck!
Even the mistakes with the vetch will tell you stuff come harvest - it more visual than clearly defined yeilds , but often mistakes are what point you in the right direction
Good luck with your projects!
Great effort, not great drilling conditions of late but emergence looks good.
Not as early as would’ve liked but gotta push when conditions allow!
Would it be worth either sowing at different times or at least different way , so maybe broadcasting brassica seeds ? ( electric spinner on the back of the drill ? )
Just spotted the ring roller , a spinner on the front of the roller tractor could work well for the brassicas ..
How will you harvest and sell 3 crops or is it a forage crop?
the plan is to harvest all together and then separate post harvesting
Are you able to seperate once harvested yourselves?
Looks interesting that's for sure, you popped up in my recommended and I've subbed of course.
I know conditions and timing is really difficult this year but do you have any idea of what yields may be, roughly?
Good luck. What county are you in?
Oxfordshire just read it
So we have a three screened rotary cleaner so should be able to clean it fairly well.
I’ll be honest no real idea. on yields as all no till and late drilled but that’s what trials are for!
Thanks for subbing!
