Hope you enjoyed my video on a 14 year old dream setup tour! This took a few years to buy everything but I definitely enjoy it even though I don’t game a whole lot anymore.

Yo your so lucky man, I've been building my gaming setup three years, I got a redragon m810 pro mouse. redragon wireless keyboard, DPS gaming chair, Hyperx wrist wrest. ACER five nitro pro, Tiny desk, and a 165 hertz samsungf monitor
still good and you gotta start somewhere
@@DiamondHour ur right, im working on saving for a pc
Hey man, you're doing great. I got a pre built PC just 2 years ago, it was a good PC, but like you said, it is kinda outdated. It has a Ryzen 5 5600g and an RTX 3060, I also had a 240Hz monitor. However, this PC struggled to reach 240fps pretty much all of the time, infact sometimes it struggles to get a consistent 120fps in CS2, Roblox, Fortnite, ETC. I decided to get a Pre Built instead of building out of fear of breaking, not knowing what to do, fear of hassle. But after 2 years, I built my own PC and it was a HUGE upgrade, the CPU was atleast 2.5X FASTER, the GPU also atleast 2.5X faster. It's getting 240fps almost consistently. It rocks a Ryzen 7 7800x3d and an RTX 4070 Ti super, it costed $2,000 which yes is A LOT of money, but hopefully it'll age better as I plan on getting atleast 4 years out of it, maybe more, as innovation with faster PC parts starts to slow down with diminishing returns. But yeah, it was very expensive, and also maybe wasn't best financially to get a new PC after just 2 years of my old Pre Built. But I've had my fair share of problems with a pre built PC, such as it doesn't wake up from sleep mode, it's PC case is difficult to open up, it's cable management is terrible, it's power supply and motherboard were really cheaped out on. But again, I plan on getting atleast 4 years out of my new custom built PC. So I hope you'll be able to do the same and build your own dream PC:)
Yeah man I feel like my pc was amazing at the start and it has slowly gotten slower. I used to get like 400 fps in fortnite now i struggle to get 150. I definitely want a new pc but there is other stuff that I want/need more so I guess ill just have to deal with it
@@DiamondHour So true, I remember a year ago, I used to get like 180fps-220fps in CS2 on the same PC, but now I only get 120fps and sometimes it drops to 80fps. Btw this has nothing to do with the GPU, the RTX 3060 is very fine, but the CPU on the other hand, idk what happened but it seems to have gotten slower. Problem is, if you were to Upgrade to AM5 , you'd need a new motherboard and ram and maybe also a new case because my AM5 motherboard doesn't fit in my old pre built case because the power supply was blocking it. You could go intel and buy an intel motherboard and move your ram from your old pre built to that. But that's still buying lots of extra parts.
Here's my advice, if you don't want to upgrade too many parts or build an entire new PC to get more fps. I recommend getting a Ryzen 7 5700x3d, it's only 1 part you have to upgrade. I would recommend the 5800x3d, but it's doesn't perform that much better and it's quite a bit more expensive. the RTX 3060 is very fine if you only play the popular games that aren't very demanding like fortnite, roblox, cs2. Maybe sacrifice the quality a bit to get more fps. But after you sacrifice quality, the CPU is what's gonna be holding it back, so that's why I recommend upgrading the CPU if you want more fps without spending $1000+
