    Dating back to the 2024 MLB Seoul Series, I was very pissed when I saw that he threw a pitch right at Fernando Tatís Jr. in the elbow. He’s still only hit one batter as of now in the MLB, and I’m very unhappy that it was against Tatís. I kinda thought it was an asshole move

    I'm a Japanese and a baseball fan.
    He's not 100 MPH pitcher but the best pitcher in Japan.
    His pitching might be better than Shohei Ohtani's.

    Yamamoto does not throw 100mph though. He's usually in the mid 90s but has pin point control and top grade offspeed pitches including his curve ball.

      @@angelopuatu8239 Very rare though...He's usually around 95 to 97 and relies more on his breaking balls and offspeed. I think his closest comparison in MLB is Aaron Nola.
