Dont eat crap food 24/7, get 8 hours of sleep, listen to your body, try to limit your consumption of artificial content, get sunlight, exercise with quality and i promise you wont worry about testosterone

The contemporary declines in test levels are likely due to the coincident rise in obesity. People are making this way too complicated.

  • @devonclarke3857

This is what happens when a generation of men grow up listening to Drake as their favorite artist.

  • @lara-ce2kg

There's a simple solution to fix most of these issues. If people could actually afford to live. Like being able to afford groceries and afford a home. If men could actually afford to get married and pay for kids. One of the reasons why our grandfathers did well is because they could pay for a car, home and a kid. all on one salary. Life was hard but at least they knew they could pay for groceries.

The "being around tears cried by a woman" line flat lined me 😂😂😂

I doubt Phillion could beat a Neanderthal on hand to hand combat, Ooga would bit his throat off.

  • @damianflores6162

So we can all agree that yes test levels are going down ( especially when looking at men ages 18-25) compared to years ago and that can be due to less activity and higher food consumption

  • @damndenny6836

My testosterone shot up 250 points after watching this video

  • @st0nedpenguin

As a 43 year old man all this testosterone talk is just baffling. Not once have I felt the need to question either my manliness or my testosterone levels.

  • @Mason_____

I love how all these psyops are geared towards pubescent boys. They’re the main consumers of this content. Wild

  • @AyatollahS.A.Khamenei

Testosterone is significant in terms of it’s therapeutic effects for aging males as is estrogen for aging females….i don’t think the therapy should be stigmatized nor taken to the extreme

  • @bellylemay2422

"Just limit stress" ain't that simple

  • @TheCutiePatrol

interesting fact, styropyro just made a video about his high testosterone, he got tested thinking it was low. but he goes into why this is an issue for health and isn't actually a good thing.
