I actually don't think that's true, pregnancy and childbirth release the "hormones of youth", and the baby delivers stem cells to the mother....what ages mothers is the stress of raising their children especially if they're having babies with manosphere men who think that women should do all the child rearing with no help. Also if the birth was traumatic and you get post partum depression or PTSD, that will age you. Studies have shown that C sections rob the body of the complete neurological experience of birth, because the brain is waiting for the baby to come out of the birth canal to release its happy hormones. But with a c section, that never happens, and the brain releases hormones of grief instead, because the body thinks the baby is dead since it never came out of the birth canal.

If these men would stop getting so pissed off when women “friend zone” them they would have women who are their friends who could tell that they are making this shit way too complicated. Every guy who wants a long term relationship always seems to forget the fact they are going to be in it forever. They don't see the work, compromise, the irritation, etc. You're both human beings with different strengths and weaknesses. All it is, is leadership. You are working together to survive together and enjoying life while doing it. That simple. If a girl rejects you, move on and find one that fits your checklist. It's like buying a pair of shoes, do your research, test them out, they might not fit, but if they do, they make the journey much more enjoyable. Can you run without shoes, yeah, but it sucks.
As a man we may have some few checkmarks we are looking for, but the majority of women have a checklist that spans pages upon pages. I still haven't met someone who truly wants to build with a man, women want preassembled winners with no work required.
Leading a woman 24/7 is exhausting, and you are reduced to being a leader. A provider. A protector. You are summed up as characteristics (intelligence = problem solving skills. Humour = confrontational skills and social networking skills. Strength = indicator of good genes. And so on). But where is the individual beyond this? The care for his dreams, thoughts, insecurities, fears, interests, dislikes. That's it.
And we can't be vulnerable with women, because you perceive it as weakness, and once you detect a sliver of it you will continue to test and prod the man (congruency) until the man feels like he is walking on egg-shells. This is not anecdotal, there are literally thousands and thousands of accounts from men saying the exact same thing across the internet - we didn't all date the same woman, so there is truth to this.
One relationship was enough to turn me off forever. I gave myself 100%, but it wasn't enough in the end, and I don't want to gamble like that again. Women and men have two completely separated conceptions of love, not that's inherently wrong, but it's something I'll never be able to be comfortable with - knowing what I do now. So yeah, it isn't as complicated as they're making it, not for the reasons you think, but because it boils down to primal instincts and evolutionary psychology, whether we like it or not. Not any amount of chemistry, respect and communication could ultimately save the person I loved. Nature is at the forefront when it comes to relationships, it's brutal and unforgiving.
Also, me initially accepting a friendship with my ex was the most idiotic thing I could ever have done - I'm not saying it can't work for someone, e.g. if there is children invovled, one should always be amicable with your ex partner, but it's downright foolish (Yes, that makes me the biggest fool, I admit it) to accept a friendship after a rejection or breakup. It's better to cut ties altogether and never interact again, it's best for both this way. It can never ever be fully mutual; most of the time the person who extends the friendship only does so to soften the blow anyway, as a meer consolation prize.

i know a woman who's like 40 or 41 something, did get pregnant and now she's have a nice, healthy baby boy. that make me think that quality of fertility associates on age is depends on the person.

Menopause usually starts around 50 but some women get later. Even then there are ways around that with in vitro fertilization- which is popular now because men have the fertility issues. Notice how these guys do not address low male fertility at all and focus only on the women.

I actually don't think that's true, pregnancy and childbirth release the "hormones of youth", and the baby delivers stem cells to the mother....what ages mothers is the stress of raising their children especially if they're having babies with manosphere men who think that women should do all the child rearing with no help. Also if the birth was traumatic and you get post partum depression or PTSD, that will age you. Studies have shown that C sections rob the body of the complete neurological experience of birth, because the brain is waiting for the baby to come out of the birth canal to release its happy hormones. But with a c section, that never happens, and the brain releases hormones of grief instead, because the body thinks the baby is dead since it never came out of the birth canal.

Pregnancy was horrible to the poor women, she lost all the nutrients to her teeths because the pregnancy keeps her vomiting thus loosing all the nutrients and draining every other nutrients. Now I just learned pregnancy hormones might've done another horrible thing to my mother.
