After a little smoke to kick off Part 2, Ern & Jelly pick up right where they left off. They start by discussing the creation of Ernest's album, "Locals Only," how the "Tropical Cowboy" brand came to be, and Jelly explains the two things he CANNOT STAND about artists. Then they debate the best songwriters in Nashville, Jelly throws some praise at Big Loud, and he tells the legendary story of watching the Music City Miracle from his cell in juvenile hall.
They wrap up the episode with Jelly sharing his favorite books and movies (which brings Ernest to tears), they do a classic Livin' La Vida Local segment, Ern tells a story about lighting a lawn on fire, and they share a laugh about an instance where they took "do whatever you want" a little too far.

And the colonel Sanders story is true my mamaw ran a gas station back in the day and he was her best friend and I've heard all kinds of stories about colonel Sanders lol hell he used to buy chickens off my mamaw and have her clean and cook them until he got a distributor for chicken lol. The first KFC was started right here in Corbin,Ky and now they've just got done remodeling it and it had a museum but it's got a bigger one now and has a nice neon ky shaped sign outside now and is registered as a landmark and I live close to it and all the time seeing people take pics there in front of it.
