I used to have greasy / dirty hair even after washing it with expensive shampoos, applying hair masks. Eventually I got rid of all the products and I kept one shampoo and conditioner I use once a week. My hair now I super good quality, doesn’t get dirty and I just rinse it every night or every other night and use shampoo only once a week. I think less products is actually better, your hair can rebuild its barrier which will make it shiny and healthy 🌞

I had the same exact skin issues as well and my dermatologist prescribed spirnalactone and birth control. Although birth control may not be the best for your body, it has been the only thing that has improved my acne. Many of my friends and family are on the same regime. You are not annoying by speaking about it! Sending good vibes for your dermatologist appointment ❤️
Please try not to take birth control only to beat acne. Acne is usually caused by 1 or more food allergies or happens once a month due to hormones. Sometimes just eliminating 1 type of food will make acne disappear. There are many other natural things you can try before resorting to that. Long-term birth control use has been linked to breast cancer. Please put your health first and vanity second. ❤️
i have hormonal acne and the spironolactone/tretinoin combination is a godsend!!! be careful with doxycycline (it’s an antibiotic and your body can build up a resistance to it, so you shouldn’t really take it long term). i was on it for a while and my acne just came back when i had to come off of it. just some things to maybe ask your derm about!!! also those chrome hearts sunnies are SO FAB xx

I get the struggle with buying denim, if you don’t totally hate the older pairs try taking them into a tailor and getting them custom to your body. I truly believe it’s the secret behind anyone that has a gooood pair of jeans. It takes some time to find a tailor that can rock with jean alterations, I take my jeans into someone completely different than dresses, blouses, etc.

I used to struggle with the exact same skin issues in the same spots, so badly I would never want to leave my house. After countless tries and switching makeup and diet I found that doxycyclin and dapson (both Rx) and non comediagenic makeups FINALLY cleared my skin up. Be careful with the birth control you’re on, my first round f-d my skin up worse and the second type finally helped keep it stable. Be patient! Also dairy free gluten free didn’t do anything for me either, so rude… remember to be confident and that no one notices these things but ourselves too:) be kind to yourself ❤

The acne might have something to do with any hair products you use! I actually used to use Kerastase Elixir Hair Oil and it made me break out on the side my face and a rash on my neck because of my hair rubbing against it with it on. So maybe try changing that up too!

Maggiee. I used to have acne just like yours. I discovered that I was allergic to Niacinamide 😧 (a product that’s supposed to help acne) it made me brakeout on my cheeks so much, painful pimples
