Very well explained sir. Thanks a lot!
Thanks for such clear and simple explanation. When more instances are added, will it handle more records i.e 100 million records ,making complex query and many users accessibility i.e 2500 per second
Thank you for your explanation.
Here I have a question:
Should all nodes have the same characteristics or they can be different?
It’s very powerful and complex installations. But you are putting it very simple . Great ! Anyone can easily understand. Do you have EXADATA offerings in YT ?
Nice Sir Thank you...
Hello sir,

Nice
well explained.
Thank... Enjoy Learning
Please explain the concept of RAC on 12c, is it different..? As far as i know, 12c has multitenant architecture
Hi Fakhri, the concept of RAC is still the same...in 12c we have the Multitenant architecture... which is also supported in RAC.. I will start with Mulit-tenant architecture in a couple of months...
Thanks..! I'm looking forward to it..
good video
Does host means a pc/system
Respects
can you stop background music... not able to focus
Nice.. I have one linux instance.. i installed two oracle databases versions (11.2.0.4.0 and 11.2.0.3.0). Now when i am trying to start the second database i.e. 11.2.0.3.0 version, it is throwing me the error "ORA-01102: cannot mount database in EXCLUSIVE mode". I want both Databases up and running.. How to achieve this?
May I know if you are starting each instance from their respective Oracle Home... Also look into the Alert Log file to see if it can give you any additional messages...
Rohit Saini why you start your database in exclusive mode ..start directly in open mode ...shut immediate then trigger startup...n always monitor alert file for any ora related error
Is it the same for Exadata too, any links for exadata topics.
Me too
Can we create shared storage with oracle normal file system for RAC?
Is ASM mandatory for RAC??
ASM Is not mandatory, if you have any other shared storage, then you can use that as a shared storage for the database files and create a RAC setup.
Thank you sir
Panjala Pavan ..you can't map local file system type storage on multiple instance..sometime in standalone or DR we use NFS n that created by storage team..So in RAC there is no dependency of Linux team for add delete any disk even for mirroring in disk..all are feature of Oracle clusterware software..
👍
Issue is only on Background Music, Else your lecture was good
Super.... .except the..Background music
Thanks ... Taking care of the in future videos
The background music should not be there for a better quality of audio
Nice but the music is too much. If there is no music then it will be superb
Bruh your videos are top notch but the music has messed up the whole experience 😭😭😭
background music was really dispensable
These r nice videos to get information about Oracle. But now everything is changed with Oracle 12 onwards. I work with SAP, n I had to get away with my 20+ yrs of Oracle exp with moving altogether for HANA. No choice.
Oooooooooooooorrrrrrrrr
Please avoid background music , it disturb the whole content what yiu are teaching and not able to hear clealry
Why stupid background music ? Mujra chal raha hai kya ?? So distracting.
Sorry can't watch this. No need for the music. It's oke for your videos to be "boring". Your audience are developers and students trough out the world. They want to hear you speak not listen to background distraction.
remove the crap backgroup noise please
Its pronounced 'com-PO-nents', not 'COM-ponents'. Got it? G-sus.
