- You have never seen a high school tournament like this before. These guys are going to have to experience the same pressure we on the MLF Bass Pro Tour experience every tournament. I am so proud to be a part of this tournament. The Wheeler Foundation does a great job of putting this event on and I just can't say enough about how fun of an event this is. I strapped a few cameras in my boat on championship day for you all to see me become an official for the event and having to turn over control of my boat to a high school team. It was really fun and I hope you enjoy this video.

Good job DC. I am impressed with these young men. When he ask you if he owes you any gas money, that says a lot about how great these kids are raised and how much character these kids are learning in high school fishing.

My son fishes for his high school. People don't realize how it helps them to become mentally tougher. Rain or shine, cold or hot. You've got to keep your head down and work through adversity. The sport has made him tougher. It's good to see tournaments like this. You all are doing a great thing for these kids.

What you all are doing in this foundation is awesome... love seeing the pros mentor the next up and coming group of anglers. need some earlier info on these tournaments so i could come and support these young anglers.

I was already a fan of u dc but this just tops it off. I have 2 sons now following in my footsteps so I went and got a boat and trying to learn all I can about bass fishing bc they wanna start tournaments and u and wheeler have helped us alot with yalls videos... yall 2 are my kids and my favorite fishermen their next person In line is Brian latimer or better know as B Lat

Great great event. Glad that the pros got to experience some of today's youths that didn't play video games the entire time growing up. Glad the competitors could experience where fishing could get them.
I love how some of these kids were talking smack to DC at the beginning weigh in. Social media has made the kids feel like the know everyone, quite different than when I was their age. I met Jimmy Houston after a seminar he was doing back in 1986, I was so nervous I about pissed myself.
I'm glad DC you brought this event to us, otherwise most of us would have not known this even took place. Look like you had a blast with the event, Loved how you messed with them in line waiting to weigh the fish, I was hoping you was going to get the kid pissed off on your boat next day.
