- Made a visit to the memorial sites of two musical favorites who had a great personal impact on me. Alan Longmuir, The Bay City Rollers (Bannockburn) and Stuart Adamson, Big Country (Dunfermline). Shown in the video are the Kincardine and Queensferry Crossing Bridges over the Firth of Forth, Italian Garden - Pittencrieff Park and the Abbey in Dunfermline.

Remember
Eiledon
The beautiful Glen of Dunfermline. Been to Stuart's bench many times. Fife council named a crescent after him, now give him a statue. Hope you found your Eiledon Stuart ❤
I like that Alan’s has “don’t let the music die” on his stone..a subtle yet strong reference to one section of his life and why we know of this son, brother, husband, father, grandfather. We also grieve for our loss a second time, the first being when he stepped back from the Rollers.
Eileen Dunn.. and Eiledon. 💙
The graves are so close. How do you approach one without being disrespectful by standing on their graves?
Zoom lens. I didn't get close enough to disturb the plants and flowers that were already placed in front of Mr. Longmuirs grave. The Stuart Adamson site is a memorial bench in a park, where the public is invited to sit or place flowers.
"EILEDON"!......"EILEDON"!....
That is erics song.
Someone should remove those older, dried up flowers from Alan's grave.
