This was a pretty interesting video, I never knew the tab icons were called favicons, the more you know!
Another possibility that I've thought of for a while now: Using the Media Keys (Pause/Play/Next/Prev) to control through an RPG. If you hear monster sounds, press Prev (go back) on your headset, and wait until the monster is gone. Something like that. That way you have 4 inputs to an audio-only game

i made something similar to the no internet dinosaur game using only the text in the tab name when i realized it could be updated every frame, but i didn't know the tab icon could be updated dynamically as well!
This is so hilarious! I noticed here and there that you can actually animate the favicon but never dreamed of interacting with it! Awesome subbed and excited for new videos :)

this was pretty cool to see, only complaint about it is that it is really slow. this is probably because constantly rendering an image for every frame is pretty hard pressuring especially while it also has to read this and interpret index. it is playable doe.

Browsers sandbox each individual tab, so unless you could figure out how to communicate between tabs
Some IPC stuff might work but you would have to test it

I think it would be cool to make a game like Lidar but sound based, where you are blind, and need to figure out where you are with sound alone, it could be a horror game that uses paychologicsl horror, and the game could be called xenophobia
Oh and theres no jumpcares or anything, its literally just you imagining stuff (hence the name xenophobia, which means fear of the unknown) and there are 2 endings, one is you just dont even try, and end up dying of heart attack, and another ending is that you figure out where you are and it just turns out your in ur house after your dad carried you in from the hospital (and the grand reveal is that we are just a kid who is overly paranoid)
im wondering if you could use the page's title to also display cacti as they approach the dino

I have another idea do what that favicon editor website thingy does but with a game just make it display the game and render it in an 16x16 image and display that as the favicon
this wouldn't really work unless the canvas size already is 16x16 (which in this case it is), so there's no point in doing that since it's already so small, going any higher res than 16x16 and then compressing it down would result in huge blurring

Very possibly yes
It probably goes to 10,000 but since only last 4 digits are shown, will display as 0000.
Yes, it shows 0000 once you pass 9999 and counts from there, was kind of disappointed.
