-Giving a powerful artifact to one of the most evil people on Teyvat (Dotore)
But their crimes where not committed in Fontaine therefore they can not be judged under Fontaine law

Holding the sovereignty of an elemental power is the "crime". Although, yes, Nahida did not asked to be born as Rukkha's successor. However Neuvilette wants to spin it, declaring Nahida guilty would be an injustice.

THAT, afterall we skiped a lot of lore on him, for example, he granted Azhdaha sight the same way Neuvilette granted Fontainians blood. And that God of Gold thingy seems very small but it's a confirmation of some big things : He did not make Mora from his Gnosis, now we are sure of that, and the "legend" about him manifesting it form his own being is now confirmed. Gold that, mind you, can stem from leylines. We also know that immense energy is needed to create Mora and that it's the main catalyst for Alchemy. It will go bunkers form here on.

I mean, Zhongli's original form seems to be that of a Chinese-looking dragon. He says that is because he is a Prime Adeptus, but we know for a fact that he isn't telling us everything.
(I may be very wrong, and it is probably just Azhdaha, but this would be neat if it did happen, but it is likely wrong; I am just rambling a random thought.)

Ei is guilty of poisining half of Fontaine's people after she fail to pay for her cake and was force to cook to pay off her debt. Nahida is guilty of revealing trade secrets due to her wisdom. I think this sound about right considering their personality.

I’m actually kind of curious as to how strong Neuvillette is compared to the other Archons since he’s one of the original elemental dragons.
The only archon that has a chance against him is the Tsaritsa and that’s if she uses the power of the Gnoses herself. Or if the Archons all team up. But in 1v1 Neuvillette disposes of them with maybe low mid difficulty.
Unless Natlan introduces some Pyro Dragon Sovereign I don’t see anyone being stronger. Not even Pyro Archon or Capitano

If anyone can tame the Sovereigns, it's Celestia, but not their lapdogs in the form of the Archons.
