This small shop is close to my workplace and even on my way. There is also a neighboring doner shop right next to this shop. This shop assembles 2 full-role doner kebabs a day, but its neighbor can't even finish one. He does a better job than anyone else in that area because of his dialogue with the customer and generous portions of meat. It was closed for about 15 days last month. It just opened. He has had stomach surgery. It never occurred to us to buy doner from the neighbor. The future of this shop is very bright. Hardworking master. If anyone is curious and comes, the place is very close to IMÇ. Anyone who comes to Eminönü should ask about IMÇ. He finds it right away. Right next to Aras cargo company on the corner. Wenn mann sauber ist und die hygiene richtig macht so wie mutter ist das ok .. aber handschuhe sind auch ok .. auch in der türkei nimmt nicht jeder bäcker oder metzger oder koch handschuhe ... sauberkeit ist das wichtigste wie man es macht ist egal und auch nicht jeder dönerlanden besitzer ist sauber auch in der türkei nicht ... also was soll die kacke ..wenn dann mach die nieder die es nicht sauber machen .. soviel ich weiss lehrnt man auch als türke was anstand ist

Weils besser schmeckt weil der saft des gemüsse würzt das fleich und läßt das fleich schonender braten der geschmack des fleich wird besser
Oma sagte immer wenn keine kruste auf fleich gemüsse und über gießen immer das der braten schon saftig wird und geschack von gemüße etwas an nimmt ... omas sind die besten köche , da lehrnt man sehr viel ... oma sagt auch man muß kochen er muß sich ernähren .. vater hat nur braten gemacht und gegiellt mutter den rest ..
I don't eat meat, but see if I did I'd head over to that place just to try that. Some effort and graft to make it but what I love are the additional chllies and tomatoes running through it and not just a bunch of meat. Magnificent effort,

سؤال.. هذا كباب شاورما ام خضروات❓وسبب السؤال ان كمية الطماطم والفلفل كثيرة جدا.
هذا مزيج بين الشاورما والكباب بالخضروات، الشاورما كون انه اضاف فيها لحم الغنم والكباب كونه اضاف فيها اللحم المفروم والخضرة مثل ما شفت
هذه الطريقة حسب قول ابو المحل انه الوحيد الي يعملها بكل تركيا اذا مو بالعالم

J'aime ce pays aux mille paysages, des gens accueillants et il offre mille bonnes choses à manger
C est particulièrement sale :
rien ne dit que la température au cœur de la viande est suffisamment élevé, donc, en cas de contamination, les bactéries s en donnent à cœur joie
son plan de travail avec le papier peint ou je ne sais quoi décollé
pas de gant
il sert en terrasse, pose le sandwich près de la caisse, etc etc, pour chopper une bonne gastro, allez y
on met des gants
des que l on touche autre chose, on change de gant
on ne touche pas argent et nourriture, j ai déjà fait la remarque à mon boucher, mon boulanger
etc
etc, et c est en Turquie, il y a pire, en France, et personne ne contrôle pour acheter la paix sociale, après je sais que moult restaurants traditionnel, sont aussi à fermer
en arrivant au restaurant :
visiter les toilettes : pas propre repartir
essayer de voire la cuisine : beaucoup de micro onde repartir
PS je n ai pas peur pour moi, 20 ans d Afrique et d amérique centrale et du sud, mais pour les gens fragiles, et j aimerais que l on respecte la gastronomie et les gens, un restaurant c est un vrai cuisinier et des règles d hygiene, après je pourrais aller gouter ce doner, pas peur, mais il faut que ce pays monte son niveau d hygiène
