#58 Bug? Clean Mode Turns Off Airbag?

  • Not sure if this will just trigger the warning or will it actually turn off the airbag (the second possibility is way worse for sure). I'll check with Tesla and see what they say.

    maybe the airbag would do more harm than good to the passenger if they were bent over to clean the display when it deployed? at least at low speeds..

      Lucian Timofte yeah maybe, if that's their intention... at first I thought clean mode simply means the touchscreen is clean so there's not gonna be too much light in the car when driving at night...

      kiwali some people said that clean mode is for cleaning the touch screen, and if passenger is leaning towards the touchscreen it may be not safe to trigger airbag, that's why they disabled it
