Hey I bought my hard case transponder but I never received it in the mail. I only got the sticker. How long it took for your hard-case transponder to come in?
Victor James yeah if you are driving on a toll road where number of people matters:) most toll roads will just charge you no matter how many people are on board
Is that the California FlexTag? Did it work? I'm asking since in FastTrack they mentioned (All Teslas have a Metallized Windshield, and therefore the "Exterior Toll Tag Required" - since the Windshield prevents use of interior toll tag. Thank you
Actually I’ve tried both the tag and this equipment and they both work. You can also register your plate number and that works too. I don’t know about anything special about Tesla windshields except that they are expensive to replace 😂

But which toll agency did you get it from (San Diego, Bay Area, LA, OC)? I got mine from the OC agency (thetollroads) and they're still giving the fat square ones.

Will the toll be able to scan the tag? Since it is black out from the tint film.
Dimi Chong it doesn’t need to scan the tag, I think it’s using RFID. Been working fine till now:)

It's called a Fastrak Flex transponder. You can select it when you sign up
