What ways? With a better offensive scheme and more targets DK could be better than megatron. Maybe show him how to use his size when catching in traffic but DKs already pretty damn good at that.
@Crispy Cream I'm a Seahawks fan, but Noone comes close to being better or as good as Megatron. That's why i say, I wish he had Megatron as he's mentor so Metcalf could actually have a chance at being just like Megatron or better.

He REALLY did play great this year. Not just the stats but the little things I look for him to do.
Showing a genuine improvement in his hand catching. Using his elite physique to just plainly overpower corners either catching or breaking tackles/falling forward. I always wanted to see him bully guys and this year he did. Literally every corner he faces he'll have a physical advantage so it's good to see him understand and utilize that. Also he's gotten cleaner with his route running.
If we improve out interior offensive line this off-season it's a wrap for defenders.
This is a great DK highlight reel...but it's hard not to marvel at how poised and accurate Geno was this year.
Dk could easily be top 5 w a scheme built more around him

I just have to say shout out to his folks for keeping this young man humble because there is no way he didn’t know he was “that guy” all in high school and college. One of the most down to earth people I’ve ever had a chance to meet. HOTTY TODDY

Best hands in the business? The knock on Metcalf coming out of college was he dropped easy passes. Seems he cleaned that up.

It is #5 from Broncos. Can't wait to see what they do with it and who is available. What a steal the Russell trade ended up being. Was surprised to read Geno broke multiple Wilson team records in his first season.

Seahawks fan checking in DK had 90 receptions, 1048 yards, and 6 TDS and a monster wild card game. Not true #1 WR numbers but a solid year. Tyler has 9 TDs and similar receptions and yards. He’s been productive but he hasn’t emerged as a true #1. Hopefully we see double digit TDS next year then we can talk about him moving up…
He’s had double digit tds for 2 straight years and could of had it this year to with all his catches that got Seattle inside the 10 yard line

Not a true #1? He was the Hawks go to guy, double covered and drew the #1 CB every game. Every team has a #1 he was ours.
Alright he may be… lol remember I’m a Seahawks fan 🙏🏾 however… he’s not a Stefon Diggs, Davante Adams, Julio Jones (in his prime), and dare I say Calvin Johnson who he is compared to. His route running isn’t up to par with these receivers about although I will say he does catch difficult passes and had strong hands. He hasn’t dropped off and is getting better. He’s not a true #1 🤷🏾♂️

Geno has always had a good arm people, thats not what makes him a middle of the pack QB. It's the turnovers. FYI in his career he has averaged 2 turn overs a game and the issue is those turnovers are always in costly moments causing his teams to lose more often than not. I am a Seahawks fan and Geno had a great year but those costly turnovers are STIL there.
Geno had 3 more turnovers this year than Pat Mahomes. I’ll agree with you that Geno’s turnovers were in more costly moments, but acting like he’s a turnover machine is disingenuous.
He really didn't turn the ball over much this season and has definitely matured in that aspect of his game play. When he was racking up all those mistakes in the past he was a young guy trying to do way too much on a bad team. When he's not put in situations where he needs to force plays he's pretty good at protecting the ball. Expect him to improve further this upcoming season and solidify himself as a top 10 (Potentially top 5) QB.

DK is a physical beast against weak CB. He was none existence when played against good/great CB because his route running/hands skills are not helping him. He will end up getting frustrated and drawled penalties.

I've watched too many horror shows of the ball bouncing off his face, off his chest, off his numbers, off his hands. even after trading back in 2019, the hawks coulda had Deebo, AJBrown, Mecole or 5 other pro-bowl WR's drafted aft DK that I'd bet statistically are more sure-handed than this overpaid guy

Wow. Everybody loves Metcalf. One problem, though, he's one of the biggest baby's in the NFL, has no ability to control his temper or ego which leads to pointless & game changing penalties & drops as many passes as he catches. He's an undisciplined dirt playground wannabe compared to Baldwin who regularly caught far tougher passes & took more of a beating than little DK ever has or will.
