Warum gibt es eigentlich kein Händler von NAR in Deutschland? Ich glaub die letzten waren medical sjg (?) aber die haben aufgehört. Wenn jemand einen Händler kennt, der die Produkte mit halbwegs annehmbaren Aufschlag verkauft währ ich sehr dankbar davon zu hören
Einzelne Produkte von NAR gibt es durchaus bei den üblichen Quellen zu kaufen. Das man nicht mehr bekommt, liegt vermutlich daran, dass viele ihrer Produkte keine Zulassung als Medizinprodukt in der EU haben 🤷🏻♂️

Hab das in vielen Videos aus der Ukraine gesehen und auch rein logisch würde ich sagen, dass obwohl es so eingeschweißt ist wie ein Druckverband es eigentlich auch nur ein Gummischauch ist, der das Blut von proximalen Venen durch die rollbewegung Rückstaut und damit den Druck erhöht. Sowas ist kein einmal Produkt
Nei cateteri venosi periferici(quello che mette nel video), tu utilizzi un dispositivo fatto da un ago, per forare la pelle e i tessuti fino alla vena, e inserito sopra l'ago hai una canulina di vario materiale(derivati dalla plastica compatibili col tessuto), che è morbida. Quando pungi col ago, spingi in avanti solo la canulina e togli l'ago. In questo modo nel braccio ti rimane solo quella e puoi muoverti senza danneggiarti
@@doranavarra1184la canula deve essere inserita fino a dove riesci. Dipende molto dalle vene. Spesso, se la vena è molto curva, capita che la canula "va a parete", cioè che si comprime contro la parete della vena, quindi non esce sangue e non riescono ad entrare fluidi/medicinali che devi infondere. Quindi dipende da caso a caso. Se hai una bella vena dritta senza curve, puoi inserire tutto il catetere(la canulina)
@@UltraDevilify mio caro sono competente in materia e ti dico che l’ago cannula va inserito tutto nel lume della vena lasciando la cannula e rimuovendo l’anima. Se pensi che la vena sia storta o con valvole inserisci il presidio più lontano.
