One of the things that really challenged me when reading Just Mercy was how Bryan Stevenson never lets it be just one or two stories about a handful of cases that happened to someone else somewhere else. Instead he steadily points to the system that enables and encourages these outcomes.
Plus how he connects back to grace and mercy.
Anyway, I'm so glad you were chosen to be part of this.

Just finished Just Mercy and it made me so angry in so many places and just so sad in others. It is a wonderful book, opened my eyes to so much I wasn't aware of, and I hope to be a better person for having read it.
