What is an ESR?

Elected safety reps represent members of the workforce on day-to-day health and safety issues and act as the communication link between the workforce, management and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Elected safety reps are a legal requirement and although they have no legal duties, they do have legal functions and powers which they are expected to perform.
