That condo is insane! Love it and how close it is to Rom Pho. Not a bad price whatsoever considering there are a lot of 1-bedroom condos going for that in my D.C. market! Any chance there are any 1-bedroom units that you know of around that size that isn't in a project that's 40 years old?
