In 1938 Adolf allowed people to posses more types of fire arms and munitions, as well as loosen hunting and transportation regulations. Then he passed a law making it stricter for Jewish people, rest were exempt.

His tax plan dropped the tax rate but got rid of the child tax credit, making the total amount go up by thousands per year.
Also, the tax cuts for the working class are temporary, set to expire next year to a rate higher than before.
So when your taxes go up, you know who to blame.
In contrast, the tax cuts for the rich are permanent.

Like, learning that the average family will pay 6k MORE in taxes not counting any additional taxes from the loss of tax credits et al while the very wealthy will pay 325k LESS in taxes will feel much more concrete of an outcome.
