Our scouting report against him every conference game was “Let him get his hits, try to keep him to singles.” Mans the most consistent player I’ve ever witnessed. Lucas Gilbreath was a legit part of the Rockies pen the past two seasons (2021-2022).. his numbers are even better considering pitching at home at Coors Field.. 2021: 47 appearances, 3.38 ERA, 9.3 K/9.. 2022: 47 appearances, 4.19 ERA, 10.3 K/9.. cutting the walks down would make him a premier reliever in the league- the walks are holding him back (2021: 4.9 BB/9, 2022: 5.4 BB/9)
