Update: I talked with my brother, and he still loves Loki. So, now every time he makes a homophobic comment, I remind him that he is insulting Loki too. That’s been shutting him up.

@@maheshmestry5371 of course I know that, I know my history. But I'm not going to give it full credit to Disney when I know it has been him and Kate who have been pushing this for a while now. Tom is the only MCU actor whose a true fan and knows his comics and his character to the bone. It is a huge moment because we haven't had a lead character being queer in the MCU, now we do, unfortunately those doors are open, most of the time, thanks to allies like Tom, and I will be happy for it and will celebrate it as the win it is.

This is so accurate is not even funny. I read the comics but i think I was expecting less than nothing in terms of representation with disney/marvel that when it happened I just started crying. I mean... It seems little but it is huge to us, I feel seen and I feel heard. And I am grateful for Tom, who I know wants to represent loki in more ways that he can, for Kate, because she's queer, she pushed this and made this possible, and for Bisha, who had the balls to write the episode. Idk... Every time I think about this I get teary-eyed.
