The manual is not very comprehensive - your video helped. I couldn't work out how to get stereo separation between the mics.
I'd be interested in your overall opinion on the kit - the quality and usability of it.
My kit arrived yesterday and I've had a play around with it, and I think I now understand how it all works.
I must say so far I've been impressed - the quality seems acceptable with the in-built mics.
I'd like to try them with a better quality lapel mic too, to see if that improves things
I've now managed to get stereo L/R to work so I can separate the voices if I were to interview two people.
The charging box seems very neat - all 3 components charge in the box when not in use.
I connected the receiver to my computer and it acts as an audio device, and I can record directly to an audio application.
One thing I don't understand is why they added the reverb feature - I will ignore that.
Overall my first impressions are good. I've not tried the more expensive Rode or DJI options but I look forward to using the 7 Artisans the next time I do an interview. I'll ensure I record with my Zoom H2N as a backup in case something goes wrong or I'm not happy with the sound.
thank you very much for your message. You mean how to get 2 separate tracks? I wasn’t able to do that neither.
So far I am really happy with this mic. Is now my go to solution for my videos except when I take them with the go pro because seems the media mode not always recognize the mic input.
lol agree with you the reverb is really useless feature and don’t think anyone is using it.
The only thing I noticed that I have to pay attention to is that when I use one mic only, the other is still active in the case so if I start playing with the case that sound is picked by the mic…. Lesson learnt

Manual would of been nice - lost the sync on one of the mics and also unable to get into stereo too
When the dodge option is selected stereo is not available. You need to remove the dodge option first
