    와 광쩌우에서 서랍형 찜기로 재료를 첨부터 넣어서 찌는건 자주 먹어봤는데 여기방식은 좀더 옛 스럽네요. 개인적으로 무척 좋아하는 음식.고수가 익숙해지기 전까진 항상 부야오상차이를 외쳤지만 ^^;;

      Thanh Ngân. Nhìn thì giống nhưng khác là bánh cuốn tàu vỏ dày và nặng bột hơn bánh cuốn việt, nhân đa dạng hơn bánh cuốn việt. Nước chấm thay vì mắm pha thì phần lớn là dùng tương pha. Cá nhân tui ko thích bánh cuốn tàu bằng bánh cuốn việt. Bánh cuốn việt có thể đem ra cắt làm thành sợi mỳ chan nước ăn đó. Nó đa tác dụng món ăn hơn bánh cuốn việt.
