I really appreciate this video-tutorial; it really saved the day when I was trying to repair a machine for a disabled lady-friend. I'd taken a look at the unit inside and felt trepidatious about disassembling its seemingly-intricate workings, but after watching these videos, I was able to easily take it apart, repair it, and put it back together without trouble. Thanks so much!!!

Thank you so much! Your instructions are super easy to follow. I'm an old grandma and was scared to take it apart. But followed step by step and it's back together, shiny and like new. I'm subscribing.

Hey Ghostses, Our crank on ours is loose and I'm having issues tightening it back up. Its actually loose where the rubber washer is on the machine in which you put the crank in. I tightened the rubber and it stays tight for a couple cranks but then becomes loose again. Any tips?

John, the black bushing under the crank handle on mine is plastic. I'm assuming that's the piece you're speaking of that keeps getting loose. Mine has never come loose, but you might take a look under the bottom to see if the nut is put on the correct way. It's basically a stamped electrical connector nut like this:
      www.wernerelectric.com/EGSL-200/PD83885
You can see in the image there is a sharp side on the nut. This is to help keep the nut from loosening up. Make sure this side is in contact with the case. If not, you will need to flip it over. If it is, you can try using a screwdriver in one of the notches and tap it around to tighten it up. Be careful though so you don't break the bushing or strip the threads.
Let me know what you find. Good luck, G.

help me please, my tobacco only inject 3/4 of the way. It would release early before fully injecting leaving an air pocket near where the cotton filter is. This has gotten worst overtime. I'm using dried fresh from bag tobacco

The procedure to adjust the timing of the machine is in video number 4. That should give you all information you need to correct the problem. Good luck, G.
