- Two CRPF personnel were killed and two others were injured in a suspected militant attack early in the morning today in Manipur's Bishnupur district.
According to sources, a group of suspected Kuki militants opened gunfire from a hillside in Naranseina village towards the valley region, targeting a central security force post. The exchange escalated when a bomb detonated within the outpost, causing severe injuries to four personnel. Despite swift medical attention, two security personnel died while two are currently undergoing treatment.

Centre Forces were stationed within meiteis populated areas, who continuously launched attack on central forces. We all know who attacked them
Manipur has been split since 3 May 2023. Hills (Kuki dominated areas ) and Valley (Meetei dominated areas) have been separated politically, demographically and geographically. CRPF jawan posting in Hills are safe & sound but those posting in Valley are under attacked by joint valley based Meetei militants - UNLF & Arambai Tenggol - with their 5000+ looted automatic guns from Manipur police Armoury. These militants roaming freely with these sophiscated weapons and create mayhem in valley for almost a year. Even during LS Election these Meetei militants captured votes for BJP candidate which was vehemently confronted by Mr. Bimol Akoijam, an intending candidate of Congress. These militants even control Manipur police and so Manipur police is not trustworthy when, deliberately and knowingly, it accused Kuki militants in the attack of CRPF in Narensena, a Meetei dominated area.
