hello friends
here is yet another variety puttu recipe for you.. Meal Maker Puttu. Made with Roasted rice flour and Soya Chunks.. Just try and enjoy the taste..!
Ingredients
Puttu Flour (roasted rice flour) - 1 1/2 cup
Water - 1 1/2 Cup + 1/4 cup approx
Meal Maker (Soya Chunks) - 40 to 50gm
Onion - 1 no
Green Chilly - 2 nos
Curry Leaves
Salt
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
