It would be very important for Spain to begin playing with spanish-born players. Now the national side is full of argentinian-born players. It doesen't help to build a good team for 2027

@@AlejandroLopez-ed8kj yes, they had many argentinian players, like Domínguez, Ramiro Pez, Martín Castrogiovanni. And now, afrer 15 years, there is only one, Nacho Brex. Spain could do the same; You have got a very strong Under20 rugby side

And I thought Lautoka was very swampy during the Drua-Force game in Super Rugby, but anyways it's great seeing the Iberian nations excel away from home with Portugal winning in Namibia and Spain touring the islands and giving the Manu a real run for their money.
Los Leones is a great team so hopefully no more funny business from FESR their governing body after blowing their RWC qualification chances through botched eligibility laws previously.
Anyways the better team adapted well and won so kudos to the home team.

@@hs4a085 Roads, healthcare, jobs, cost of living, education the list goes on. We did have some stadium renovations done but I believe it was funded from overseas.

Sad to say but its the hard truth - we have fallen way behind countries like japan, argentina, italy, georgia and definiTely fiji. We used to be a lot better in the 90s and the 2000s and consistently beat those teams.
Correction iT may noT be fallen behind but we remain stagnant and bigheaded thinking our talent will keep carrying us through. Unfortunately as you see with everything in life, you have to keep improving, set goals, persistence and hard work, build good grassroots and set mentalities to compete in this professional era. If we dont do anything now, guarantee we wont even make it to the world cup in 2031. Soccer Countries like Spain, Uruguay, portugal, chile, romania, Switzerland, hong kong the list goes on....will overtake us and a once proud nation will be the easybeats of world rugby. Its not an easy fix as the old saying and blame naming of insufficient funds😢always kick into play, but one thing for sure we can at least change our mindset on how to approach things, Unfortunately im not in the mood today being a rest day to think so id lea
