always preferred a trip game and sagging on my opponent since my shots took so much energy. the threat of a trip when in close is great as a setup for the match too when the think they have caught on to my game. sic vids

How to do this when they hwve an overhook?

This is it! The video shows an inside trip to YOUR underhook side which means that the opponent has the overhook.

@@KOLATCOM but in this video you lower your underhook hand to their hip or even their thigh. I often cannot do this because of their strong overhook they clamp in the instant i underhook. Keeping me stuck there. Thanks for responding Coach. Big fan of you!
