FACTS! But apparently if I drink like 2 glasses of water and you don’t feel hungry then you won’t actually hungry but if it doesn’t help then u are, alos don’t eat because ur bored :D
@@ThebetterlookingWeasleytwin I also drink like 3 glasses of water a day ontop of OMAD (one meal a day) not because im trying to starve myself i do it because im not hungry and also im getting myself to the point now i can't even finish my food sometimes or eat the things that i used to.

I think water is a really important one here guys!!! Good nutrition is nothing without water to help you absorb the nutrients! Also a tip I learned for people who are hungry even after eating a sufficiently nutritious meal: take a walk or move around after to help with satiety!!

I just wanna inform everyone that the first one isn’t necessarily true. Some people (including myself) do not always get hungry when it is time for a meal such as lunch or breakfast. Skipping a meal because of the fact that you are not hungry is not a good tip. Stay safe 💓
