It doesn't matter where in the World you are. Grandpa will always give you money and Grandma will make you some delicious food. I'm 40 years old, and my 90 year old Grandmother lives with me, my wife and my little daughter. Treasure every minute you have with them, Nesty. God bless you all.
This is absolutely true, thank you very much ❤
I am from bulgaria and grandparents also give us money, but they try to make it secret, most often passing them under the table :D
amen on god like went home for a bit cus i was homeless and dad would always take me out for food and mom always had food on hand and made some awsome potato soup
You are lucky Sergi.
I am 73 years old - born and raised in the USA. I lived with my uncle, in rural (farming community) Florida. In the summer, I did farm labor to make money. Your grandparents home - is very much like my grandparents home. My mom grew up with no running water or electricity. My grandfather (a farmer) would bribe (pay money) to one of his children to be the first person to get up and build a fire in the fireplace - so he could get up to a warm room. They used an outhouse (outside toilet) - very smelly with maggots. When they finally got electricity, it was a big deal - one light bulb, hanging down from the ceiling, in each room. They had 9 children. Electricity was a really big deal to my mom and her sisters - they could finally listen to music on the radio. John M.
So beautiful to read such interesting stories form all around the world. I'm from Italy but my family is from Albania. My mom's relatives moved in Philadelphia in the 90s. I've never been in the USA, always been a dream of mine since I was a kid. Wish you all the best, John. Greetings from Italy
Your Babushka is a good woman. God Bless her. Not only does she cook the food, she grows it, picks it, processes it and stores it. That pie looked delicious. Blueberry, Raspberry, Cherry, any kind of berry really. Apple is good too. Who doesn't love a good homemade pie.
Amazing how much money one can save, and how great a feeling of fulfilment can be gleaned by not allowing oneself to be robbed blind by not-so-supermarkets. ❤
Thank you so much, I'll translate your comment to her, she will be really happy to hear that ❤
❤Greetings from the Arab world to the Russian people. I adore Russia, its beauty and nature
I am 16. Both of my grandfathers and grandmothers are alive and so is my great grandmother. One of them live in the city of Szolnok in a classic Khrushchevka and my grandfather and grandmother and my great grandmother live in a village called Szajol. They used to live in a so called Kádár-kocka, a cube shaped house with 3 rooms, a bathroom, a toilet and a living room and a kitchen. It was typical in the 60's, 70's and 80's and it was approximately 80 m2's. These houses by the way got their name after Kádár János, the socialist leader of Hungary who we all love and adore. There was also a garage. We live in a house just like this right now in Szajol too with my parents, my sister and our cat and dog, although we used to live in Szolnok in a Khrushchevka too where there were no animals. Now my grandparents in Szajol live in an unique, not basic design house but one that was built by them by a different and unique plan. There is a so called place where the pigs used to be and a place where the chickens are. There is also a place where the food for the animals was stored. Also there is a place where all these other appliances are stored and a cellar where vegetables, vine, pálinka, vodka and beer is kept. This is called the alsóépület. There is a huge vegetables garden but there is no dog or cat here, thought there used to be. There also used to be a toilet in the garden but not anymore. In the house there is a belépő, a small first room for coats, shoes and the boiler. There is a toilet, a kitchen, a bathroom, a room where my grandparents sleep and a room where my 96 years old great grandmother sleeps. We love her as she had been through a lot including the war and the German occupation. There is also a living large living room. There is a level one, here my father's room used to be and a room where my godmother used to live. There is a toilet, a bathroom and a small central living room between the 2 rooms. There is also a small room where appliances and kompot is kept. Also there is an attic where old stuff, appliances, sausages and other stuff like more kompot or jam is kept. The house in total is approximately 200 m2+, so it is pretty large. This is how we live like in Hungary.

Babushkas are always amazing, they are the same all over the world, only change the name and address.
Glad to know yours and also your grandpa.
I never got into an traditional Russian house, it's like traditional houses all over the world, with strange noises, things falling down and the like.
We appreciate very much your delicate sense of humour, very nice!
Greetings from Brasil!

Greeting from Russia to Brasil! Thank you so much! And you're right, babushkas are the best everythere ❤
Hello Agent,
I think you have made me a better human by killing my insecurity today. We've similar old houses like this in our nation Bharat 🇮🇳 and I kinda feel insecure about it, but watching you be so calm and cool with it made me realise I don't have to be insecure about them too. It is what it is, right?
Love & care
Thank u so much for watching ❤ Every house can be lovely and charming if there lives people who love each other and treat the house as their home! I'm so happy what we have similar houses all around the world!
В Индию сейчас возят из России новые деревянные дома которые стоят очень дорого. Их покупают состоятельных люди, в таких домах прохладно летом и тепло зимой.
Ain't nothing better than a new post from Agent Nesty on a Friday evening after university, soothes my soul with cuteness and wholesomeness..
Great also to watch her video Friday morning at breakfast. Her family, and especially Nesty, are indeed very cute and wholesome.
Omg I wish you all the best with your studies!! ❤ Thank you for watching!
@@AgentNesty I'm blessed with your presence, it's a blast that I feel like I'm already travelling too through your videos 💚🌹
Very cute, yes.
A beautiful woman with a beautiful attitude in a beautiful country… with a wonderful, razor-sharp wit and such a delightful family.
Unspoilt, strong, down to earth Russian woman with immense pride in her surroundings. Confident, adorable and so much fun to watch.
You’re SO nice to “spend time” with, secret agent 🕵️♂️🔎🔍
Спасибо большое❤❤
Matthew.
I found this channel by random and I couldn't be happier. I'm a 2nd generation Russian in Brazil and it's amazing how despite thousands of kilometers we had pretty much the same childhood (with just a little less coconut trees in your case).
In the USA we would call a house like this a cabin or a cottage.
Fun to see a real aspect of Russian living.
I like your shirt with an American car. Your shirt and one of the kid's shirt are written in English. This seems common, is it?
Great video!
Yes, it's absolutely common for Russians and not only. Usually, people don't even think what's written there.
Thank u! Yea, I like this shirt because it feels nostalgic for me! (and the words on it kinda true 😎)
All the Slavic CZcamsrs speaking English so well makes me wish I spoke and understood their language a lot. I liked the view of sky when you were on the drive behind the town buildings very nice. Reminds me of a few places I have lived actually but also unique.
As a native English speaker. Russian isn't so bad. Well not the alphabet anyway. Indonesian is still easier though.
@@ravensfinancial did you mean Indonesia language is easier?
@@mm-wm6uh Yeah, Bahasa Indonesian.
Agent, the house you showed deserves to be preserved. I have no idea if in Russia there is historical preservation, hopefully this house is kept and maintained forever.
Interesting tour in and around the izbushka, your grandmother should start her own youtube channel!
There was once babushka, that had cozy izbushka, in izbushka Nastyushka playing with wooden matryushka. 😂
Hello from Seattle! What a great family and cozy house. Cherish each day together. Don’t forget to hug often and tell them how much you love them.
Thank you for showing us around once again. Your grandparents seem really sweet. I hope all of you have a great weekend, Nesty :●)
Nesty... why's the lock on the outside of the toilet in the garden?! 😂
@@krabbediem that's a great question 🗿To lock your young cousins in there, I guess..... (Thank you so much for your kind words!!!❤)
It's amazing how much the adornments above the windows help the look of these houses.
This place is very similar to our old village house in Turkiye, seeing the carpet on the wall reminded me of my childhood. Thank you for this video that warms my heart ... 😊
muslim carpet must be in russian orthodox house 🤣
I am Irish American really love seeing that grandfathers/grandmothers are very similar around the world also nice seeing that their old homes are quite similar in being very old and aged in a amazing way.
Your sweet Baba and Grampapa are absolutely ADORABLE!!! How precious. And I utterly LOVE their home it absolutely perfect and homey and wonderful!!!
Great Video !! I live in the United States. I love the old rustic looking type of houses. I'm a country boy and live in the deep south. I love the old houses because they seem so cozy and safe. I absolutely LOVE Russia and really appreciate your wonderful videos.
After watching that I started to cry, because It reminds me my childhood when during summer holidays I visited my grandma in the village. But that world and these days are gone and will not return. Respect from Poland and greetings to all slavic nations. Pozdrav, Priviet and Slava 🙂
😔😔😔❤❤❤
Your granny seems a very kind woman you can see all the love in the family the same as everyone hopefully shares with each other.
Greetings from Italy! I have always been interested in russian popular culture, your videos are super-interesting!
Signoren piacere, Italiano Cappucino numero Uno... 🇮🇹
This reminds me so much of my own grandparents house in New Mexico. Took me deep into my memories. They did not have a lot but it was always joyous and just so homey. I miss them and that simple time when I was a kid. Just enjoying life out there with them in the summers.Of all the similar things, it was the creaking and old house sounds that stood out to me first. That is exactly how my grandparents house sounded. Couldn't sneak anywhere! lol
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Any house is home where Grandma and Grandpa are, no matter how old! Love and enjoy your family for as long as you can! ❤️
I wish you with your family are fine, from indonesi
Such a very healthy atmosphere. The architecture of the old houses in the village is absolutely fantastic. Thank you such a nice video.
Beautiful old log home. Nice how all the modern amenities were incorporated without loosing its character. Most farm houses in our area didn't have indoor toilets until after WW2 many not until the late 1950"s. Usually bathroom and laundry were put on as an additional attachment or lean to. I love the ornamental wood work on the exterior. Makes American farm houses look very plain and lacking character
If that house was elsewhere it would be a major tourist attraction, to see how people lived a few generations ago. We would call it rustic. It is amazingly well preserved. Thankyou for showing us around and thank your family for playing their part. You seem to take after your grandmother, she was not afraid to join the commentary.
Душевно . 🇷🇺🫶
Thank you for showing us very cozy old house with your family . That House have long history at least 200 + years and amazingly steel there with lots of love with your grandma and grandpa .
I really like how babushka is so proud of her garden and home made food. God bless you and your family!
Hi, l am in the UK and grew up in a village in the early 1970s and to be honest a lot of the older people then would of felt at home in your Grandparents there are lots of similarities
I have not long found your channel very interesting and informative
Well done young lady
Always great to see how other lives. In my country it is not rare to find old houses or apartments dating 100 years or more back. But usually they are renovated so they live up to modern standards. The house in the video looks very cosy and it also look like it could be in a LOTR movie (positively meant)
Приятно видеть родные места и улицы, по которым ходишь каждый день, на таком крупном канале, который популяризирует мою малую родину на весь мир. Спасибо! Кстати, моя бабушка живёт на этой же улице.

Love it! I'm helping to take care of my grandmother, she is 91. She's been living in the same house for over 60 years, and a lot has been fixed over the years. I've helped with a lot of it! Old shutters, old plumbing, a lot of it is falling apart, but we fix it as it does. At one time it was where the whole family would gather for holidays and we'd have 20-30 people crammed in the house at once! Not for years though. It's been much more quiet.
She always had a garden while I was growing up, and I loved always having fresh vegetables every day.
Thank you for another great video!
Your grandmother reminds me of my own. There were come fruit trees around the house, and a small garden. There were apricots, plums, strawberries and tomatoes, which she cooked down into preserves (jams) and stored them in "mason jars". We also had a walnut tree, and she made delicious "fried walnuts!" She didn't waste anything - I think because they had struggled though the (American) "great depression".
Thank you for the tour! Your family seems lovely. Whenever I see those old wooden houses in Russian villages on Google Street View, I wish they were renovated. They look very charming and cozy-especially with the distinctively Russian ornamentation on the exterior walls.
Old log houses always move. You just have to move with it. Those antique carved wood entrances and carpets could be worth a lot. Great garden. Looks like a cozy house. The classic grandparent home. Tell your grandparents we wish them well. Great video!
Hello from the great state of Massachusetts, USA. Massachusetts is a native American name. Many of our roads are actually ancient native walking paths that eventually became roads. Thanks for sharing about your grandparents home. Lovely people. And those boys are funny and goofy... like kids should be.
Charming and wonderful. Past 2 vids showing hometown and this have been great. It all reminds me of my time there. Greetings from NY to your family 👋🙂
You are so incredibly beautiful and your family is so sweet and lovely.
Love that old house. You should be proud of it.
My grand parents moved to US from Slovakia in the 60s. Your gramma has my grammas same energy. I miss her. She had running water, electricity, access to modern hardware stores, and always a little extra money. However, i can't count the number of times i showed up when she was using a bucket to move water from rain puddles in her backyard to the street. I would love to spend time with her doing pales again. She always had chores to keep us busy when grampa was done training us to be professional soccer players. You can take the gramma out the village but you cant take the village out the gramma. Thanks for sharing.
Have a wall carpet aswell from my great grandma, she made the carpet herself :) Old carpets brings out the creativity, i did same thing when i was kid, looking at all the different art and we have an old carpet on the floor aswell that i drove the toycars on😆
Always interesting to see what you doing Nesty …our houses in a traditional Greek village is usually built out of stone …Thanks for sharing your journey…until soon …Alex 🇬🇷
You have a great family and the old house has so much character. Here in Canada old houses are sometimes abandoned, torn down or renovated. We have one that is 71 years old and we're renovating a little bit every time we can afford it. Keep doing the great videos and don't get yourself arrested! Too bad politics and superpowers always get in the way of regular people. For most of us there are no enemies, but we have the wrong "leaders" and they use weapons to get their way. Pretty sad.
I am 70 yrs old. cry everytime I think of my father
That pie looks amazing!
Damn.. Your videos are so great, well edited and interesting. I love russia and these magical places you have, like villages, forests and even the cities. You're also a funny and kind person, my favorite russian youtuber now. Greetings from Brazil, I hope I'll visit Russia real soon.
I love the way she says "willage"..Then again her English is 100% better than my Russian!I like to see how people live in Russia in the REAL Russia that we never see.Just the same as everywhere families and friends sharing time.
Only 30% of Russians live in villages, it's still an unusual life in Russia! :) This is how the older generation mostly live, and the younger generation, if they live in a "village", then it looks like something more modern, whole clusters of "IT villages".
Unfortunately, most villages are dying, the whole younger generation is leaving. I had two grandmothers and both villages from different regions of Russia are already completely dead, there are literally 0 people there.
It's a typical Russian accent, heard of a French accent.. they can't pronounce h & s... Happiness = apenis
An absolutely wonderful video and a glimpse of your life. I can tell you all have a very rich and full life. God Bless you!

Really enjoyed this nostalgic presentation of your grandparents' house and her pride and joy garden. Historic buildings like these should be preserved and we should all be self sufficient by growing food in the garden as much as we can. Keep the videos flowing and the stories coming!
