I am as far away from FIRE as I could ever have but I still chose to retire and start a new career in a new field. I was so uneasy since the decision was very instinctive. I always value my instinct. But after watching this podcast, I am able to justify with logic as to why my instinct was correct! Thanks Neeraj for getting Handa sir, I never knew him before but his unique perspective (atleast unique for me) has helped me figure myself out!

@themoneypodcast91 I would also like to validate the guest take on making fast money abroad. I left the country to pursue my studies and was able to build my career abroad as an IT contractor/freelancer. I was able to reach the above highest mentioned corpus within 12 years . I might have made double of it if I hadn't lived a quite conformable life. I enjoyed my work and got the opportunity to work in different countries, too. But i want absolute freedom kind of. I stopped working as of now and pursuing an art degree as life is too short not to experiment with it. I want to also mention my parents were very middle class and I too. I hope my comment helps.

@@themoneypodcast91 Sir, jab tak hum job kar rahe hai, tab tak company apna medical cost cover karte hai mostly. But once job is over, that time yearly medical premium bhi costly ho jayega. Post retirement, premium amount arrange karne ke liye koi different strategy kar sakte kya? Ya fir iska arrangement retirement corpus se hi karna padta hai? If possible pls cover in any of your videos.. Thanks😀

    Very Useful!
Please help - : I have a folio of 1.5 cr plus. All in Equity. 70% in index funds (Nifty 50 and Next 50). Both funds are from the same fund house, happens to be UTI.
Should I choose a different fund house for my further investment to de-risk the fund house concentration? OR it doesn't matter?

@@themoneypodcast91 my question was simple, is there a AMC risk when you are invested in same AMC for substantial amount. SEBI dosent stop anyone from answering such questions. Nevertheless.

UTI is a very trusted AMC. Highly unlikely to face any problems. Still if you wish you can consider diversifying by adding same index funds from other large AMCs like SBI , HDFC, Nippon etc.
