When Saints Row tries to be Goat Simulator and it fails⊠what a devastating state for the series.
A shooter without a cover mechanic is like a platformer without puzzles.
After watching 1 hour and 20 mins I can safely say it's not ready. Everything looked wrong. Poor optimizations for 2 players.

If they really wanted to return to the series' roots, all they had to do was make a GTA-esque crime story, but make all the side content as wacky as they want, dildo bats and all.

You know the funny thing about the Nahualli, when you really look at this game and think about it, he is basically us the gamers and the saints is Volition and the games world is Deep silver I think. cause like the Nahualli wondering WTF are we doing if were not planning the heist and the saints/volition wants us to go along for the ride and do stuff like in this corporate retreat mission, listen to all the things the nahualli says and how the saint characters respond. The saints/Volition wanted us to have fun but like the nahualli, were just questioning things and they try to come up with a excuse to it.
People shit on 4, but at least 4's gameplay, dialogue and characters were tolerable.
What if SR2022 was a Zinyak's simulation? Just wondering.
