Like the kitchen. Old Italians always put a Bible in their homes. We had one growing up. Love how it has a familyroom. Primary is very nice. I don't understand why they double door the bathroom entrance. I'd rather have double doors to the entrance of the room. It's beautiful home. Thank you for the tour!
Amen. In this current world, we need the Bible, religion, and faith more than ever. As far as the house goes, it's beautiful and has plenty of room. I would change a few small things ìn it if it were mine, but it is definitely a nice home. Great job, Nate!!!

This is a great home! The two islands could be really nice for get togethers, with everyone bringing a dish, there would be plenty of room. Baking cookies for Christmas would be so great having two islands. Wrapping gifts too. I like that there is a coat closet. Having the utility sink is nice, but also without it, you could put a second fridge or freezer. The walls look surprisingly so good! I never say that about walls without drywall.

Very nice for a family. I would have a slightly bigger island and get rid of the second one that is just for the seating. It's a shame that the guest bathroom doesn't have a window. I'd definitely have tape and texture and a wand in the master bathroom. The storage in the kitchen is fabulous. Good morning from Northamptonshire, England 🏴
GRAND, GORGEOUS AND GIGANTIC! Love EVERYTHING about this home! I would add carpet to bedrooms, family and living room, while leaving a LVP lane leading to the kitchen, and a LVP lane to the bedroom wings. I would want opening windows in the master bath, above the tub and one in the toilet for those smelly dumps; also a full size opening window in the main bath. I would eliminate the coat closet in the laundry and opt for a freezer space instead; just add coat hooks to the wall across from the washer and dryer. This house is another keeper, and priced fairly. Thanks so much for the tours you produce Nate! Shout out to Raiden!

This is a lovely home with lots of cabinets. I love the guest bathroom. I like having a family room in a four bedroom. It’s nothing that I don’t like about this home!! Thanks for sharing

Would you have to worry about sagging? I’ve heard people talk about the extra weight sheet rock places which can cause that. What I would add is one of those flat top stoves on the center isle in the kitchen with the side vents. Other than that it looks cheaply constructed, yet more importantly Im not sure if they serve northern California … yet I do think the layout is great.
