Wow that's upscale! I wouldn't want the dry bar and wine areas, but I would want a wand in the master with the seat which I think is fantastic for someone like me who needs to sit in the shower. Great job considering all the people around 😊
I love the kitchen, beautiful granite countertops and nice walk-in pantry, but I wouldn't want the stove in the island. That dining room is fantastic with the entertainment center. Nice big den with fridge and microwave for snacks. 👍I wouldn't need two sets of patio doors. The master closet could be bigger. The master bath is gorgeous, esp the tub & shower. 😍 You did a good job filming with all the people there.
Love this house, family room, master bedroom ❤🎉never seen air ducks 😮3/4 bedrooms /3 bathrooms & I need gas stove.

Hi Nate I love your channel, love your tours, You keep it real, not like others and I Love that about you. Truly my favorite, and I could watch you do these for hours. Keep up the great work. You Totally Rock!! I have one suggestion, and I am no expert in home tours, this is just a thought. Maybe when filming at location where there are a ton of people coming in and out, talking and noise, you do just the video tour, and do a voiceover when editing? I know that probably requires more work for you, just a thought. Anyways. This home is very nice. I Love the layout. Thanks for sharing it and I'm looking forward to the next one. Luv Yah. I wish the kitchen had the option to reconfigure the hood & range against the wall vs in the island.
I like that I can get it in my area. However a lot of wasted space in the hallway and the pet sink won’t fit my german shepherd.
I agree that we need 2.5 or 3 bathroom.

I absolutely love it. The extra cabinets, and mini fridges perfect for my grown kids! Very inviting home!
This home has a floor plan. The den is a nice touch . The sliding doors i would switch out to french doors . Nice job you did getting around everyone in there . 😊
I can't help it: all those other additions but they can't do any better with the water heater access? Just can't manage a regular door?

I hope you can start recording without the other people soon. I enjoy your style of showing the homes. You are not annoying like someone else who does these home viewing vids. But, it is like a trade-off, one annoyance for the other. 😂
After all that said, I like the home. For the most part, the floor plan is a good one for me, but I would make a couple changes. It is spacious and bright. ❤
I know when I do the show in Texas, I'll be able to have the home empty when I film. plus I have lots of homes frome delears to to put out where I was alone in the home.

I feel so bad for you having to film with some of those people being so blatantly overly loud mouth and obnoxious. Normal people are not like that. Their entire existence is a fking tictak video.
