I own at least 3 launch scanners and use them all depending on my needs at that point. Best most features for the buck!
Thanks for sharing!
Nice video. I like the affordability of this tool and looks like the quality is pretty good!
Thanks! Yes, I like the quality too.
Always interested in learning about new scan tools
Great! Appreciate the feedback!
My favor scanner is the stool D7 I was planing to upgrade to D7s but thanks to your video I now considering other options Thanks
I'm glad it was helpful!
Thank you for your review of these tools, it is very helpful to see what features are included with the different scanners.
Appreciate your feedback!
Launch has been a great scanner this one looks like it would be a great tool to have especially with built in printer.
Yes. They share the same software. The K6 printer is very nice to have. Except for the hardware (e.g. screen, printer, TPMS and battery tester), Ediag is very similar to K6.
I have acheap little bluetooth odb scanner that I got for $11 bucks. They are nice to have. It doesn't read my airbag code that I have , though. Thanks for your videos, I enjoy them. Ediag All Systems Obd2 looks cool, I would like one :)
Thanks for sharing!
Put that on my Wish list Santa.
Santa's got it on his list! Good luck!
Looking for a right scanner to perform manual DPF regen for my 2010 gl350 Mercedes
Thanks for participating! It's a beautiful car. Best luck!
My friend can it make some programming and Ecu coding, transmission relearn or adaptation, thanks
Yes, it does but depends on your make/model/year. There are transmission relearn/adaptation features on BMW and I've tested some of them. I'd suggest contact Kingbolen support to confirm its support of specific features on your vehicles.
Been using the XTool D9 Pro scanner, but now they have an updated version - D9S Pro. Not sure what the difference is.
Looks like a great scanner too with wifi, topology mapping, etc. Thanks for sharing!
Based on what I read, these upgraded versions of XTool (e.g. D7S, D9S) have CAN FD (faster/flexible data rates) and DoIP (diagnosis over the internet protocol) which GM and BMW use in late models. It doesn't make any difference for many of us.
@@profsg - I had someone who wanted to buy my D9, so I sold it for the upgraded version, without researching the differences. I'm still unclear if the VCI is J2534 compatible or not. I probably need to shoot XTool an e-mail and ask about that capability.
Hopefully it does. Keep us posted.
