True! The guy on the left respects a main beat, keeps the connection between each interludes while the other guy just keeps on introducing new flashy beats every now and then just to impress the crowd.

Its so nice to see people playing well within their abilities and doing it superbly. So often younger players attempt things far beyond their present skills and its just such a struggle. Here, both are effortless and its such a joy to listen to. The amount of talent in South Korea staggers the mind.
So great to vids of beginners to intermediates battling it out. Pro stuff gets boring after a while. But so cool to see when a kid pulls off something by accident that lights up his face, kinda brings back that thrill of the chase of getting better when you first started as a musician.
You are right. they are in high school and playing drums with passion.
This feels like a nice old fashion drummer's battle. Good job guys

Wow, as a drummer I’m impressed. The guy on the right has more speed to fill in the drum perfectly, he could do more hype and jazz song and Rock as well when he finish it. The left side guy, he’s pretty skillful and focus keeping on beat. Especially the kick bass which is kinda hard to do.

난 리스너이긴하지만 드럼 음반도 몇 장 갖고 있는데 재즈드럼이 넘사벽이었음.. 모든걸 마스터해야 재즈를 칠 수 있는 것 같아보였음. 전자분은 락적인 베이스가 강한 드럼을 치시는 것 같고 후자 분은 재즈요소가 강한 듯.
그쵸 재즈드럼이 더 잔잔하지만 엄청어렵죠..

요즘 애들에게 이런말을 듣고 놀랬다... "합주중에 메트로놈을 왜 키고 해요? 그러다 욕먹어요"라고... 드럼과 다른악기는 기본적으로 타임키핑이 상당히 중요하고 녹음을 하다보면 서로 다른악기가 꼬여 듣기가 상당히 불편한데 메트로놈의 중요성을 부정하는것에 상당히 충격이었다... 음악은 정형화 되지 않은게 장점이지만 지켜야할 법은 있는걸 모른다는것에 큰 충격을 받았던 기억이 있다...
부처뉨사스 걍 걔들이 드럼 1도 몰라서 하는 소리임. 제대로 쳐본 적 없는 애들의 괜한 허세
부처뉨사스 그런애들 여럿 봤는데, 그냥 자기들이 제대로 박자 못맞추는거 정신승리 하려고 메트로놈 끄는거. 그러고 나서 하는 말이 그런말들임
저도 밴드공연할때 메트로놈은 키고연습했었는데
합주땐 엥간하면 메트로놈은 키지 않는게 예의죠. 메트로놈은 킨다는건 그 곡의 박자를 잘 모르기때문에 메트로놈의 도움을 받는것인데 드럼이 합주때 메트로놈을 킨다는건 전 개인 연습 부족으로밖에 보이지 읺네요
합주중에 메트로놈 끄는게 예의라니요.. 아무리 칼박이라고 하는사람들도 미세한 차이가 생기는데 그게 곡 진행이 뒤로 가다보면 처음이랑 달라지는데.. 저희 밴드는 변박이 없는 이상은 무조건 메트로놈 끼고 합주하고 대회 나가서도 메트로놈 끼고해요 프로들도 메트로놈 끼고 하는경우가 많은데 메트로놈 끼는게 예의거 없다니...
