Solar Workshop Update June 16th 2024 VLOG charge controller, oven, workbench lighting upcoming plans

A quick update from the solar workshop, June 16th 2024. Planning to build a new off-grid power system in my workshop; I have a new charge controller to go with the Ampinvt 1200w inverter, and expect to have some drop-in LiFePo4 batteries available soon to power the system. The 2x 200ah batteries I reviewed are at the main property to run my new freezer, and cannot be used for the workshop. There are more batteries on the way. I finished up some of the workbench lighting which is solar powered, planning to make more video of that project soon. The workshop now has a softbox to improve lighting quality in the videos, hope that improves the overall production quality. Thanks for watching, I'll update on the projects as soon as I can! DD

You should make a video on powering the networking equipment off of dc power. I haven’t seen any good videos on it and it seems like a simple idea that a lot of people could benefit from.

@shadowmachine233 Right on! will show the DC power for IT/network gear in upcoming videos God willing. Have done this with VMware, network switches, file servers etc. Could be a very interesting topic for many people I hope
