Looks like an amazing hotel, I love the rooms, the design and the vibe. Shame one receptionist spoiled your experience but it was so nice that the receptionist who knew you from before tried to improve your stay. It's definitely on my list to stay here soon.
Normally, it is an amazing hotel. But in fact, the service was not as good as I know it.
Make sure, you get a room on a higher floor with a view on Belvedere Castle - otherwise you‘ll see BelView, a modern Apartment house. ;)

Witzig, wie ihr zu zweit durch die Lobby lauft und Videos aufnehmt. ^^
In Wien war ich zuletzt im Hilton Waterfront. Das war schön, aber das Restaurant zum Frühstück völlig überlaufen.

Zum Hilton Waterfront - genau die gleiche Erfahrung habe ich auch gemacht. Übrigens: das Hotel wurde renoviert :)
@@AviaMax Es sieht bei meiner Frau und mir immer ähnlich aus. Wobei wir häufig genug auch Videos und Fotos miteinander teilen, sodass nur einer von uns die entsprechenden Videos/Fotos macht. ^^
Das Waterfront? Ich war da erst im Mai. Denke mal, das war dann schon nach der Renovierung, oder?
