The words from Khabib really motivate me, although I'm not a fighter. I used to think it's okay to relax for 1-2 hours, but when it accumulates, it's a lot of hours. Thanks for the great videos.
Khabib was training 4 yours then would relaxe 4 hours in between. And you think 2 hours i alot? Sleep/recovery is king

What I mean relax here is not rest but wasting my time on Social Media, watch Video that aint productive. I always said it's ok it just 1 hour but mostly ended with more. It get me addicted too and ended I spend a lot of time on something that's not productive.

Khabib's pre-fight training IQ and fight IQ has been criminally under-reported. Everyone speaks of his dominance & strength and rightfully so. Nevertheless, after he had some health issues early in his UFC career, Khabib has utterly mastered the preparation & mindset needed to win.

Firstly as always I want to extend and echo what I believe are the thoughts of everyone who is part of your channel, Anatomy. Your work is on another level man. The way you capture the training camps with such precision is sublime, props to you. In regards to Islam, Khabib and their training going into this, I love everything they stand for: discipline, courage and Godly spirit. They carry this on their shoulders everywhere and you can feel the force or their inseparable camaraderie with each other, all of which rests on their devotion to God and their religion. Dagestanis are built different in MMA. Fearless Soldiers with an ethos that very words can describe.

Always training in the morning because it's easy , muscle memory your body knows what's coming, then the progression flat lines , it need to be changed regularly to shock the body into hold on this is something new , will have huge benefits in my opinion just saying 😊
