At the very end of the series we want to make a video about how we planned the journey, and what our final take is on such an endeavour.
In this video we’d like to answer the many questions we’ve gotten so far. If you have anything in specific you’d like us to talk about, please do not hesitate to share the questions below. We’ll do our best to answer as much as possible in the final video.

Same, those conditions were insane!
That’s the huge turnoff with pilots that know better about light sport aircraft, they have very poor penetration performance in turbulence, especially on landing. You really notice this going from light sport or Cessna 172 into a 182. It’s like going from a paper airplane and then stepping up to a 747, rock solid in what would have blown a light sport all over the place. You never want to be in a light sport again after flying a Cessna 182.
@@tropicthndr meanwhile I fly a Tecnam P92 that's half the weight of a 182 lol. That will feel insane when I progress far enough in my career to make the switch.

In flaggstaff, zaten we zodat aan de max. Dan ben je toch wel blij dat je weer safe op de grond staat.

Indrukwekkend en inspirerend om te zien hoe professioneel jullie met alles om gaan.
Ik geniet van je films op CZcams. Geweldig hoe jullie 2 het allemaal doen. Dat brengt een lach op het gezicht. Nu ik bijna alle films van jullie gekeken heb, heb ik mezelf als doen gegeven om voor 31 december 2030 zowel mijn ppl áls de cpl te halen. Heb 16 jaar parachute gesprongen en 10 paragliding. Nu ik een soort van gepensioneerd ben, ik ben 54 jaar, heb ik alle tijd om mijn doelstelling te halen. Ik wil jullie nogmaals bedanken voor de leuke, vrolijke en leerzame beelden.

Holy ****!That gusty landing was crazy 🤯 Even your eyes were big after that touchdown.Thankfully you guys arrived safely.Lovely place too,that port kinda reminds me of harbour in Mossel Bay,South Africa with its restaurants.Great video once again you two 😎👍
That crosswind was wild! But you made an absolutely beautiful landing in such extreme conditions. Bambi, you couldn't have done it better. When you visit Kenya I highly recommend that you stop at the Nanyuki Airstrip where Tropic Air Kenya is based. They do some really exciting flying especially with their helicopters.

Nice decision to go around , amazing landing
I'm happy the landing you went around that tells me you know what you are doing. I was on a small jet with 40 to 50 mph cross winds up front next to the pilot and it was one I never want to do that again. Have Great Christmas a Great New Year. Thanks from Florida.
All that fodder in flight including those humungous apples gave you a higher wing loading which was a help on landing! Great piloting skill helped. Glad it all turned out well. Regards, Jim in NI UK
Crete is really a challenge due to the wind, especially with southern directions from the mountains. You have done an awesome job- especially the go around decision! Good to see that you are aware of all the potential dangers. Have a safe onward trip and always happy landings 🙂
Living the dream, excellent video. What a fantastic way to see the world. Adventure of a lifetime! That is a nice plane too.
