Grimsley came straight out of the Yugioh universe. If Caitlin donated 70% of her hair, she'd make 20 something random bald npcs happy and still have enough hair left for a long and wavy hairstyle.

Best Elite Four theme of all generations. Captures its upbeat vibes in a tough battle moment. And the way they designed the rooms for each of them is too good.
The stressful theme of the Alolan Elite 4 is better imo

I was never able to play Gen 5. I stayed away due to the controversies. I'm a Gen 4 baby, but DAMN. I really wanna find a copy of Black 1 and White 2, the music is AMAZING. And your remix is by far the best one for me because it captures that grueling bass 5 seconds into it. That bass is my favorite part of the song and all others replace or forget it and that sense of danger and anxiety is lost for me.

The controversies were just people being retards because of the changes they made, gen 5 is honestly the best gen in the entire franchise to this day in my opinion, in terms of gameplay and story. And it's all because of one reason and one reason only, Game Freak wasn't trying to appeal only to kids in gen 5, which is why the story is so serious when compared to the other gens and why the protags are aged up to 16 instead of the usual 11 or 12 of other gens.
you can play black/white on most emulators nowadays. I'm a gen 4 baby too, but glad I decided to play black. While the actual anime for it was trash, the games had such a great plot and were so much fun.

this sounds like the kind of remix that the gen 5 remakes would have. not too exotically out there, but just different to sound better than the original
These are the kinds of game remixes I like. Not the ones that absolutely and drastically change the source materials, but ones like this one, simply expanding on the initial song, adding occasional additional notes and making it sound just the slightest bit different, but not enough to make it sound like a different song.

The thing I love of the unova elite four theme are the multiple layers. The fact you did add other layers to the soundtrack is so good.
I use this as training music for my 50 daily push-ups and to be honest this music lifts me up a lot

I mean, usually many remasters lose the intensity of the original song or sound a bit different due to the shift in instruments. But here... your remaster conveys the exact same pace, threat and feelings that the original had.

With this Remastered version of the Elite 4 song, it’s a Golden Opportunity for Pokemon to Remake Black and White!
I used to be a Gen 4 guy, but Gen 5 is my fav. Cool pokemon, so much to do, so many new features, and introduced many dynamic characters, including my favorite: Colress, just an extremely hard man and scientist, ruler of Team Plasma who saw the error of his ways and saved Lily in Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon from Ghetsis before literally sending him back from where he came from. People may say Gen 5 sucks, however, I disagree!
I like Gen 5 so much and miss it that when Legends: Arceus comes out, I'm choosing Oshawott as my starter, no competition.

Pokemon white was my first pokemon game; and I had NO idea how you were *supposed* to actually play a pokemon game going into it.
I thought you were supposed to "Catch 'em all" so I did. I caught nearly every pokemon I met, and I'd look up every trainer's team on bulbapedia to make sure I brought the best possible team to every individual fight. It was slow, arduous, and very, very silly.
Then I learned I'd have to face the Elite Four without being able to re-spec my team at a PC in-between every fight.
For me, this is the song of being FORCED, kicking and screaming, to put together a single team that can handle a variety of threats and HAVING to put faith in them.
Honestly think that the gen 5 elite four had the best elite 4 theme

What VSTs did you use for this theme?
I think the kick is from the same source as the original (Chemical Beats).
I know it uses MG303 bass from SD-90 and SampleTank Strings, but that's all
