anyways, this video was inspired by run bts ep.145-147! the way the staffs tease bts and then bts tease them back, it's so cute but hilarious at the same time! most of these are taehyung and jin. I can imagine how fun it is to work with them!

I feel like Taehyung is the most to interact and get the staff to play along with him, just like he does with the cameraman when they preform on stage. To me BTS treat the staff and all of the people who help them like family, and that’s what I find so wholesome.

The staff are seriously underrated tbh. All the managers, stylists, choreographers, back dancers, producers, lyricists, the security, the support staff, the video content team, the whole of BigHit, oops, HYBE. Without them, we wouldn't know BTS as they are now and they also play a huge part in BTS's success.

Anyways, actually each members were adorned by staff, they baby the boys and at the same time respect them the way bts respect and adore them. I mean most of the staff were with them since the start so they're really close. I just hope they won't take advantage the closeness they have with the boys.

In a lot of ways it's not surprising that they become so close with the staff. I would expect they work with a lot of the same people - even the more "behind the scenes" roles that would otherwise be high-turnover (or simply have a lot of people) like cameras, lighting, sound, ADs, etc. - on a regular basis. What makes BTS special is that they clearly not only recognize all of the staff, but notice things (RM noticing the different glasses on the guy collecting his mic pack) and incorporate them into their games/performances where they can.
When Tae and Hobi had difficulty in rollerskating staff were there to help and prevent them from falling.....Staffs and BTS have a very strong bond.....🥺✨

Love seeing the staff interactions once in a while, make the guys more personable and kind such as making sure the crew was feed. Understand that staff should not be all the time, but if something funny or kind happens another video would be nice.

When companies claim that staff are like family, it's usually a lie. I love that it's real in this case. BTS is well taken care of by staff and their staff is taken care of by them. There's so much warmth and affection when they interact. The boys feeding staff and staff playing along with them are my fave parts.
I bet they have a lot of fun off camera! The staff seem so sweet, it seems like they aren’t allowed to say much during filming but I imagine everyone is good friends off screen, from what I’ve seen. Which is good because they probably spend almost as much time together as the group does with each other
