    Crazy transformation! If I managed to transform my body, everyone can do it. Diet is a crucial thing, without it exercise won't help at all. Many beginners struggle to find a proper diet because they want fast results and they end up with no results at all, less money in their pockets and health problems. I encourage you to do a research and find a diet that will work for you. If you still don't know where to start, consider Dietarize as your starting point (it comes with workout plan, which I find convenient as it doesn't require going to the gym at all). This way results are guaranteed. 💪💪💪

      @karlbodmer4368 Před 2 lety +1

    Hey, really great and inspiring transformation. Proper diet and training can do miracles, if you do it the right way. It's not 70% diet, 30% training, it's 100% dedication to both. I train at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The workout plan I'm following is from Next Level Diet, and meal plan also. I lost 7lbs in 3 weeks (mostly fat). If anyone knows some other app or site for diet, feel free to recommend so I can try when I'm done with this one. This one rocks but I like to experiment haha

    I usually find these videos boring, but I just want to say a big well done to Tom, this is a genuine representation of HARD WORK, no one becomes hulk within 2 months, but the results are clear and obvious when the efforts in.

    This is amazing video definitely love content like this.
    I also started my exercise routine and I was kinda in the same boat as your brother.
    Was around 70kg at 193 and jumped up to 86kg in under two months when covid started.
    I’m around my 60th day in and I’m a solid 82kg.
    My bench went from barely 30kg to 75kg
    My squat went from 70kg all the way to 90kg
    I still haven’t tested my deadlift but the progress is there
    I also highly agree with your mindset on the diet. Eat cleaner but don’t stress yourself out on it. It’s a great balance to keep a good healthy mindset and I’ve been doing the same
    Seriously great video, love the progress, and the work that went into this. Keep it up man!

    Something that has helped a lot with my pull-ups is bar hangs as well as hanging and just pulling the shoulder blades back at the same time. Tom probably has the strength everywhere except the shoulder blades.

    He’s younger, if you make home faster and stronger then he’s coming for you! Great work though, you both deserve a lot of credit. I sat watching it whilst devouring toast and coffee. My day will come. 😊
