Great review, loved the video. I think I see a small crack at the top front lip. If this is from your accident it would be best to replace it now.
Replaced it a few months ago, not because there was a crack just fancied a new lid. Cheers for looking out for me👀

I have one for about a year now, yeah it Gets hot especially on warm days, but that's only when you stop the bike for a break, i usually take it off during a break tho

Good review. May i know what's the size of your helmet? And what's your head circumference? Im planning to get one online but i dont know what size should i get.
I’m not sure what my head circumference was as it’s different now, but I got a size medium. If you look in the website there should be a size guide which can help you🤟🏻

Thanks for the review Charlie, what size did you get? I am looking to get one for my son but he is in between sizes so ii am thinking on sizing down rather than up.
I got a size medium🤟🏻 if the size down will still fit him and you don’t mind him growing out of it soon, I’d go for it as it will feel more secure and be more safe for him 🤛🏻

What are the pros and cons of this helmet? i might be ordering one
The pros: cheap, protective, good looking
Cons: bad ventilation, padding is a bit rough

Is it good for downhill helmet?
Viktor Jovanovski i dont really think its downhill rated, because its pretty light, and although he smashed otb head first in a tree, i think u could better buy something like a 661 full face
Yeah of course you could buy a better helmet but this one is a great starter one that offers great protection at a sick price🤟🏻

Sorry mate not sure of my head size, but my helmet is size M. You can find a size guide online. I do remember that the size guide worked for me

Viktor Jovanovski good full face helmet to get into mountain biking, however there are more desirable helmets than this that are lighter and more ventilated for example
Viktor Jovanovski I know I’m late, but their are more ventilated helmets like fox proframe, but those are going to cost 300-400 usd, by starter I think he means cost efficient, it’s a great helmet though, and I fully recommend it.

Is this helmet for downhil?
I’m 156cm but was about 148cm in this video. I’ve used this helmet for over a year and have ridden everything from 30ft gaps to vertical trails covered in roots. It’s definitely protective enough for the average DH rider🤟🏻

Charlie Rides MTB i ride a bit in the enduro style, and urban dh style
You might want a bit more travel than 120 then. The cube has 120mm travel which is for trail riding, border XC. You want something 150mm to 170mm

There are teenagers and 10 years olds I estimate riding the woods behind my house every time. They wear stack helmets similar to this and ruin the peaceful woods. They are horrible children. If you were there I'm sure you would join them and i would end up throwing stones at you too.
