The Makeup by Mario sticks actually have a little brush hidden in the other end! I think that’s what you were hearing rattling around in there haha. It’s actually removable for cleaning too which I really appreciate!!

I had a color match fail yesterday! but I didn't realize it until I already rubbed a bunch on my face and I had to just keep going because I was running so late. So at my doctors appointment it was a waiting room full of adorable pregnant ladies and me the oompa loompa in the corner lol

Not sure if you know this already. But, Weleda Skin Food has a light version as well and it’s as good in moisturizing as the original one but not as thick. I think you might like the light version better during summer.
I LOOOOOVE the light version it really is just as moisturising but easier to spread and just less thick on the skin. It's a permanent part of my skincare routine.
Can also confirm that it still makes a fantastic base for makeup.
I still use the original for my hands, elbows, knees and the backs of my heels tho lol

We have very similar skin (acne prone, sensitive) so I wanted to offer a suggestion, if you haven’t considered this already: I have noticed that my skin is very reactive to Shea butter and it’s derivatives. When I looked up the skin food I noticed that it has Shea butter! A lot of “clean” primers seem to use this ingredient as a sub for dimethicone, (in particular I loved the good molecules one, but OMG did I break out!!) Just a thought as to something that may be causing your repetitive breakouts 🧡
I bought the skin food because of her and omg how much clogged pores I woke up with the next day and it stayed flared up for a month! I was so sad cus I have dry skin and I wanted to use it

Weleda skin food is a must every time I do my makeup. Even though it is a super thick moisturizer, when I use it my makeup gets less oily throughout the day and just generally lasts a lot longer. It makes no sense but I’m not going to question it 😂
