Arguably the greatest solo ever written for me
One of
The melodic line before the shredding is absolutely perfect.. everything RR did was so composed
Yessss. The end licks after the solo end in the recording those are the real gems here !!! Thank you for this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
one of my all time favorite solos and done so perfectly. I think one of Randy's best... great job Stepht...
Thanks. My fav from Randy
This was surprisingly easier than I expected. I never attempted it until now, but I struggle with memory and this one was just much easier to memorize.
Yeah the melody is easy to remember and it helps a lot to learn the solo
i love that live version part at the end!
That's why l admire your work so much, you are amazing man !!!!!!
Thanks!
I wish I had even a tenth of your talent man thank you for this majestic lesson \m/
He didn't gain it by wishing. He had to bust his ass practicing to get to where he is with good discipline. If you did the same, you wouldn't have to wish.
Thanks. And Leland Gaunt is right, it's all about practising.
@@StephLeGratteux I've been practicing for 20years and still do not have a 10th of your ability - if I did I would not be watching your lessons
Bro the best transcription of this solo on YT, thanks alot!!❤
Incredible perfection, man !!!
What ? How did I miss this when it came out ? Yesssssssssssssssssssssss
Amazing cover and work, thank you so much for this. One of my favorite solos ever. Cheers from Portugal.🤘
Thanks. One of my favs too!
Merci Steph !

Thanks. I'll probably post a couple more :D
Wow great job ! Randy Rhoads ❤️ I love solo from Ozzy's Bark at the Moon. Maybe some day it'll appear here too 😌
Thanks! Maybe :D
This is my Mount Everest of solos. I have been practicing my entire life to be able to finally summit this behemoth of a solo and now i am ready for another attempt at rock godliness.
Love your lessons thank you very much for your hard work. Please please do a part 1 solo lesson!
Your awesome !!! Thank you for this
Thanks!
Very nice sound, and perfectly done my friend!!
As always.. 🤗😊👍
Thanks! Hey I was thinking of you yesterday... while I was working on another Brian May solo 🤣
@@StephLeGratteux Thank you bro!!
I am curious.
And I am waiting for the next one unpatiently.
Shit the same which band, which guitar hero you choose!
It's always your choice, and it is surely a good choice bro.
Have a nice evening my friend!
Bonne soireé!!
Randy was so damn good. I wish I could have met him. Him, Criss Oliva, and many others were just taken too soon
wow
i might try to learn this one. i dont have a chance with the first solo lol
Nice sounds...
Thanks!
Great cover. Wish my fingers could move as fast as yours across a guitar neck.
Thanks! It's all about practise
Wow, you're a damn fine player Steph..
Would you say this is one of the hardest solos you have done because it certainly looks like it?.. this is the sort of solo which gives me cramp in my fingers very quickly.. my son has just started talking about Randy Rhoads and was playing Crazy Train when I told him to listen to Mr Crowley...amazing job.
Thanks! I don't think this is the hardest I have posted. Some Dave's solos are harder and probaly a few other ones too. Actually it's so melodic that it's easy to memorize.
There are two versions of this fast sequence of 3 notes that is done from 0:51 onwards. The original one, which I think is what really Randy Rhodes did, and the one that you execute here. They differ on only one note. Where the 17-13-13 triads start , the 4th triad becomes 18-13-13. I believe Randy kept the 17-13-13 throughout the measure. However and with all due respect to the master of masters Randy, I enjoy this version you play it sounds so "right" to switch to 18-13-13 right at that moment and go back to 17-13-13 immediately afterwards.
😂this solo is perfect
👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Great tone and phrasing! tabs are added bonus... Not to mention that is an amazing looking Les Paul Standard... what color is it?
dude i want you so much to do some judas priest i personally want to learn full painkiller album but cant find some songs tab,i dont have much skill to learn songs by ear to its all to you
Priest will always be underrated imo.. especially the guitar work. Absolute gods
@@StephLeGratteux Oui, Randy Rhoads
Can you do Tornado Of Souls Solo?
Please start uploading the solos of Vinnie Moore full songs, he's a great ❤️ musician
Sorry I don't listen to Vinnie Moore
Do you know where I can find the backing track? The others on YT arent as good as this.
It's on my Patreon
Hey where is your part 1 guitar solo? Can’t find it. Did you do it?
I haven't posted it
@@StephLeGratteux oh ok, when? Soon I hope!! Thanks man, you shred !! Love your videos!! Technique and precision is awesome!
@@xxxxx7876 Thanks. Not sure when I'll do it.
do you have 1st solo too??
no
hey LeGratteux !! Keep on picking !!!
Salut. Content que ça t'aies motivé ! -33 😱 Là où j'habite, on supporte déjà mal un -3, alors un -33.... 😂
