I swear I will only come back at this comment when I've learned how to play this song and the amazing solos. 08/12/2022. I've been learning electric guitar for only two months so this will be a long journey By the way, congratulations to the creator of the video, bye :)
This is probably my favorite solo of all time, great bach influences but it also feels really personal, and this cover is filled with passion, only thing i might have to say about it is congrats RIP to Randy and congrats to you for playing this so well.
Randy was not only the most incredible guitar master .... His composition on each of his works.... is nothing short of genius.... we all lost SO MUCH.... that day... and just imagine the "what if"...... had he not been taken from us.
I was just talking to someone about that the other day. He had SOOO much potential, even being the legend that he is. He inspired me to pick up the guitar, and Cliff Burton inspired the bassist in me.
I like when someone says "dude, your tone is amazing"... isn't there a tone knob on the amplifier? Just adjust it the same as his and you will get the same tone. A ha ha ha.
I haven't heard this song in probably over 20 years, but I still remember each fill and the entire solo note for note - literally tears stung my eyes for realizing I can never go back to those days, with those friends - miss those "cigarettes, burgers. caffeine and alcohol" days of being an 80's metal head / guitar player - nothing in life could ever be so... turned up to 11 ya know? Of course you know - you heard his playing - it was like stepping back in time....
Anyone can cover a song, few can channel the artist back for an encore for a new generation of fans. Loved your precision and faithfulness to every tone, bend, and rhythm. Phenomenal...
Hands down this is the best cover of this song that I have ever seen. Tone was perfect, feel and emotion was spot on and damn dude, the circular picking technique was flawless... so very well done!
at about 2/3s mark of the first lead break there's a very difficult lick where Randy swaps trilling between his 3rd and 5th finger, pulling a whole tone bend with his 4th finger, then a hammer on, pull off with the 5th finger. It's so RR and he pulls it off without looking at his hands. Amazing talent.

Good God that was frigging amazing! Hands down the best cover I've ever heard of this classic. Still mouring the loss of Rhodes, NO ONE could match his killer style.
You are absolutely unbelievably amazing. I tried to ear out this tune back in 1996...i was way off...lol. i rather just listen watch the pros do it right. Congrats man, you are a true guitar master!!!!
Love your style bro. There are a lot of great covers of this song but I think yours might be the best. Killer tone. Killer vibrato. Clean and precise playing the way I like it. Fantastic playing.
Nicely done man! been working on this song cause I love the solos in it...sadly still playing them at about 70% speed...but best to start off slow I guess. RIP Randy Rhoads

Only watching videos and covers like this one can think how really difficult could be a compositor and player like Randy, man, that man had something magic on his hands. Every time I hear him playing guitar I can really hear a story, a tale. Is so weird... Good cover, man.
U played this amazing solo like it was your own, well done it’s very hard to play this solo,I’ve been trying for 5 months now and I’ve only managed about 4 mins of the main solo lol it’s very hard, time consuming, but it’s a solo you just can’t givve up on trying
Best Mr Crowley cover I have ever seen... when you play Mr Crowley you have to feel the song, not just repeat some notes, there are minimum laps of time that you just will make right if feel the song... few guitars players can do it. Congratulations

I look forward to your return here.🤘🏻
if you have the commitment in you, you can do it. But vast majority say things like this then stop when its too hard.
It’s a long journey, but it’s so worth it. Especially if you love music
Absolutely incredible🎉
I like the motivation, but it'll take you at least a year. You better not put that guitar aside. Good luck homie
When you see a les paul with whammy bar:
wait that's illegal
No it's not it looks sick
And it's not "whammy bar" it is a floyd Rose Floating Double locking tremolo. Or what ever brand it is.
Still illegal
@@MrPhantomdream nope.
Don't have the bottom end punch of a less Paul, maybe has coils wound down? Or cheezy pick ups....
Tuning problems on this guitar be like
Les paul: prepare for trouble
Whammy bar: and make that double
It's a Floyd rose, I feel like it would negate the problem of losing tuning stability with the double locking nuts
Floyd roses are built to hold tuning
peepeepoopoo
I'd bet good money it holds tune better than a regular LP, as long as that's not a cheap Floyd
Nope mine is rock solid and never goes out of tune.
Hot damn this is the most amazing Mr Crowley cover on the internet...
My favorite solo of all time. You nailed it. Not just the right notes, the feel of the solo was great also.
This is probably my favorite solo of all time, great bach influences but it also feels really personal, and this cover is filled with passion, only thing i might have to say about it is congrats RIP to Randy and congrats to you for playing this so well.

Well, I read that he was, ironically, thinking about quitting the band and retiring from showbiz.
Mike Cap at least he would’ve been around. Maybe in the future he would’ve returned. The way we have it now has no chance of that
Randy in studio sucked, but on stage he was great. NO THE BEST
joe Pipe “Randy in studio sucked”, okay buddy
Dude your tone is amazing...
Yes. It is. Loved this version.
What does my tone have to do with it? We are risking our lives here! Anyone know what movie that is from?
David James best move ever. The Hunt for Red October.
Yes correct Gary Black. I agree great movie.
I like when someone says "dude, your tone is amazing"... isn't there a tone knob on the amplifier? Just adjust it the same as his and you will get the same tone. A ha ha ha.
What if an old lady at church broke out early one morning with this pipe organ solo???
It would be magical
I’d actually go
Run. Run hard and far.
Watch the simpsons where the organ lady at church is playing the crap out of the organ during "In the garden of eden" I assume thats how it would be.
I’d stay and pray.......,for my life!!!!!

Amazing. Your older video of this solo with the V-Amp is my fav Mr Crowley solo on youtube.
What pickups are you using on this les paul?
Thank you.
