@11natey Chicago have only started selling out since they got better. A few years ago that arena was as empty as the Leafs newest trophy case. That's not what I call dedicated fans!

You mean to say "the RedWings owned the hawks" at that time the owners moved great players from the Wings to the Hawks because not many big name players wanted to play there and the owners wanted to make the Hawks better...
You're right about Minnesota but the average Blackhawk fan probably can't name anyone on their team besides Kane or Towes. I'm not from Detroit, but they earned their position in the hockey world.

The lower bowl of the Joe is all Season ticket holders and they cant make it to every game if you watch in the middle of the bowl to the upper deck its all sold out by non-season ticket holders

the wings are an amazing team...but they do not deserve the title of 'Hockeytown usa'. when i watch them on tv, not even half the seats are filled :\ hockey town of usa should be either in Minnisota or Chicago. they have truly dedicated fans (im just talking about usa right now not Canada)

Detroit has sold out tickets to 50 games in a row. If you don't buy tickets two weeks in advance, you'll be sitting last row, far apart from friends.
